“I was an emergency “drop in/drive by” but they were so incredibly helpful. I couldn’t get the tire pressure right for my BMW’s bossy panel computer to be happy. He not only fine-tuned the pressure for all 4 tires, but he pulled out the electronic “thingy,” read each tire, and uploaded the info to my dash. Problem solved! Not just a minor problem— my car had been screeching at me since Vegas, and a shop in Kingman tried to fix it but failed. Thank you, Flagstaff Big O!”
“I showed up last minute with my two big dogs. We were needingng a full set of new tires put on a truck I had just purchased. They took me although it meant they had to stay an hour late. The truck wouldn't start and they had to push it into the shop and use floor jacks instead of putting it on the lift. These guys were very gracious about the whole ordeal. I was treated with only respect and understanding. I got a nice set of tires for off-road driving for right at 1k and it came with a 50k mile road hazard warranty as well as roadside assistance. Oh, and they let the dogs wait inside with me bc technically they were closed and it was so cold outside. Thanks for great all-around service!”

But serious problems with the national chain (which takes call/sets appointments). I had a flat on Sunday, called Pep Boys. Agent gave an appt that day (and said they were open til 6pm). Another agent confirmed 2 hours later, but tow truck dropped me off to an empty parking lot. Closed Sundays (which agent didn’t not know).
My Jeep with no top sat in the rain overnight (minor damage but just work to dry it out).
Edited: the work done in my Jeep was excellent. Great response, excellent service, good value. Devin (manager) was the best.

“I had my daughter bring in her jeep as it had a been having ann issue with the electronic throttle body for a while. In the past I had run a shop for years so finding a trustworthy shop for me is always a process. I researched Flagstaff and found Heath’s auto service was highly recommended. They were great! They explained the process and pricing for diagnosing then explained in detail the issue and fix. Entire process was smooth. Will definitely use them again when needed.”
