“UPDATE:I was able to leave this shop at Thursday evening. I’m grateful for the job they’ve done, I have no more issues with the truck. Price isn’t cheap, but it’s expected. I wish it could be done faster, but it is what it is.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~They will lie about the timeline of your repair.Monday - brought a truck. They didn’t look at it until Tuesday.Tuesday - they diagnosed the truck, gave me an estimate and told that it will take 2-3 days to get the parts in here. I NEED to leave this place ASAP, so I called my boss in Chicago, and he was able to buy all required parts and ship them overnight, so I can hit the road. When I called the shop back - they said that there is no need to sent the parts, they will find it here and I’ll be able to leave on Wednesday.Wednesday - I checked out of hotel, spent 6 hours sitting and waiting at this dealership. When I came in - they told me that it’s all good, they’ve got all the parts. At 4 pm they tell me they have no time to do it, and it’s going to be done tomorrow.At this point I’m exhausted, stressed out because plans for my whole family are completely ruined for the next week. This isn’t a cheap service they provide, and however I have to be listening to the false promises every day. I do not recommend coming to this shop, unless you absolutely have to.”

“Truck was very very clean. Thus was the fastest truck rental. Ordering online was easy, picking up was even easier thanks to the gentleman in the office. I would give an extra star if I could just for the cute dog in the office!!!”

“Gene is the manager at the flagstaff budget rent a car. I have worked with him all summer. Respectful and reliable. You rarely meet people who are this nice in today's world. He explains everything. The nice and most wonderful sentence to hear was " we look forward to seeing you." Who goes that far nowadays? Bought a tear to my eye and a smile to my face. Made having to get a rental car bareable and a permanent customer.”
