Have to agree with other reviews about the disordered conduct of this location (if you can find it to begin with, that is). i reserved a truck online and when i got there the front desk was empty. i called out and waited ten minutes yet still nothing. i saw employees working outside and called out to them (they were wearing uhaul branded merchandise and figured they were employees, especially as they were the only ones on the ground), yet they just stared at me for a while and then went about their business undeterred.i needed to move with urgency that day so i went elsewhere to get a truck. The manager then called me an hour later and asked me whether i was still going to pick up the truck. ? I explained the situation and then he still asked me whether i was going to pick up the truck or not. Don't know what else to say. ????

Trailer was listed as 6' X 12'. However, you cannot load something over 5' wide using the ramp because of the gate design. I needed this trailer to haul a Side by Side for a hunting trip. Picked up the trailer after dark so was not able to view the gate restriction. Drove the trailer 1 hour south of Flagstaff. The next day when I went to load my Side by Side and realized it would not fit I called the U-Haul Store. The person I spoke to, Ray, was extremely unprofessional. Said I would be charged a daily charge each day because I "used" it. His definition of "use" is driving it off the lot. Said there was nothing he could do about it. Cut me off mid sentence and said, "Listen, Listen, Listen" and was completely disrespectful. He told me unless I returned the trailer (1 hour drive) that afternoon, I would not only be charged for the day but I'd also be charged for another day. So, I had to drop everything, drive an hour north to Flagstaff, and return the trailer immediately. My call to Uhaul was at 3:00pm in the afternoon. In all, I wasted 4 hours (2 x 2 hour round trip drives + Gas) and was still charged close to $50.00. I told Ray that it was his choice. Waive the daily charge and we leave amicably calling it a simple mistake, or charge me the daily fee and I will share my story to as many people as I can on Social Media, Review Sites and in Person. Ray hung up on me. So, here's your review. I hope it was worth the $50 dollars you took from me.

They give misinformation, always call the corporate number, corporate will take care of you, not this location. Pretty sure they have some 4 legged critter, we had to trash furniture because it appeared to be "eaten" along with said critter droppings. Really wish my husband would have snapped a picture, unfortunately that wasn't a thought of his with trying to just get our belongings out of there. Our mistake is your lesson, go anywhere else BUT here!

Very kind and polite both over the phone and in person; even though I was the one that couldn't read my confirmation email correctly. Not that I want to move anytime soon, but would gladly use this location in the future.

Overall, it was not a great experience today. First, the person behind the counter had us go find out truck rental. Second, the truck was full of trash, something that would have been spotted had the person done their job to go get the truck. Instead we only find this out after driving across town. The only saving grace for this location today was a couple of their employees seemed to actually have their heads screwed on correctly and got us a new truck without charging us for the first person's mistakes.

The experience with this U-Haul location was nothing short of outstanding. I'd rented a 15' truck and tow dolly in Phoenix. When we attempted to load the vehicle on the tow dolly there were come challenges. Jayme & Ben assisted us with switching from a dolly to a car transporter. They even stayed late to help us out. Without the two of them we would not have been on the road in time the next morning for the move down to San Diego. Jayme & Ben were both very kind, patient and exemplify the type of customer service anyone would want for their business. Awesome job, and truly grateful for all your assistance

They tried to tell me I went 52 miles in a uhaul when that is simply not correct charging me the difference in miles. Never using uhaul again

Go to any other Uhaul if you can. The manager at the Flagstaff location is absolutely horrible for too many reasons to list. She is notorious for being this way. Even though I unfortunately had to use Uhaul I highly recommend checking out Penske - their customer service was amazing but they just didn't have the truck size I need, or else I would have gone with them. Best of luck!

I came here with a big truck to pick up U Box and came to the store at 7 am and GM lady start saying you need to move your truck . I ask here where she tells me like I driving small cars . I ask her again should I go to the back of the building . She keep saying you need to move your truck I ask again where should I go and she say you the truck driver and that’s answer kills me . She wants to big boss but she she’s no one just regular worker . Just give little respect and be polite .

Currently waiting outside for my Ubox to be moved outside from the storage area. I called a day in advance like they told me to so it would be waiting outside for me. It was supposed to be ready at 10. I called at 8 and asked if they could do any earlier. They told me 9:30. Now it’s 11:30 and they still haven’t brought it out. Zero stars wouldn’t recommend.

All I can say is that Caleb and his team really helped us when we were in a bit of a pinch, so to speak! They went out of their way to help us with the equipment and experience when we needed to move some gun safes to our museum. Thanks again for your help and your support!

I'm honestly surprised by the other reviews here because I had such a great experience with the U-Haul team here. I rented a truck and a Ubox and couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Even when they put the Ubox away and I needed to add more things into it, Kathy went and got the Ubox herself. They were very thoughtful about moving the Ubox into the warehouse because of rain. Everyone in the team was so welcoming and helpful. The truck rental process was smooth through their app. I would recommend reserving your truck well ahead of time so that you make sure you get it from low inventory in the area.

I will never use U-Haul again. Apparently, when you reserve a U-Haul, it is 50/50 whether or not your agreement with U-Haul will be held up. The company basically scratched the original deal 2 days before I am going to move and tells me if I want to use the same size truck that I now have to strike a new deal that has me going out of town to Camp Verde to get a U-Haul. What am I supposed to drive there and leave my car out of town! and how would I get back there, this was a one way trip! No compassion! Manager kept talking about their customers and giving great service to their customers. I have been a U-Haul customer my whole adult life, am I not your customer so much that you do not care about my experience!? This was not my agreement with U-Haul and then they said I was told that this could happen and in fact, I was not! told that, because that would have been of great concern to me. I would have remembered that. When I went to a competitor they told me that they get a lot of clients from U-Haul because they do this to a lot of people.
