This is not a UPS store. The manager eventually made things right but actually canceled the return I had special permission for. But by the end they s h i p the return back to Amazon on their own dime

This place is the best! I was able to walk in and drop off my box and they scanned my QR code for my return from Amazon. Very fast and friendly service. Great location too.

Would’ve been helpful to tell people when they call ahead that your location can’t mail to PO Boxes. Waste of time.
