“I love the staples up here in Flagstaff. The staff welcomes you as you enter the store and helps with any needs or gives great suggestions. My print jobs have always been perfect, plus they call to verify before actually printing to make sure it is what I want.”

“Howdy, today I had terrible experience at Stamples in Flagstaff-refused to help me print a time sensitive document. Bluntly told me she would not help, refused to get a supervisor and manager. So, I googled FedEx and let me tell you all a young lady, MIRANDA, assisted me every step of the way, including showing me what to do on my phone. I'm 70 yrs old and not up to date on these phones. She is the sweetest, most helpful customer service oriented person I have had contact with in the past decade. Just like it use to be. Excellent and qenuine service. I can't express my gratitude for her help and FedEx Ex for hiring the cream of the crop. Thank you, again. I highly and respectfully recommend this location to everyone one whom is in need of such services. Thank you again.”
“This is not a UPS store. The manager eventually made things right but actually canceled the return I had special permission for. But by the end they s h i p the return back to Amazon on their own dime”

“This is the BEST location to do usps mail. Tried the one on postal hard NO. Out of basic mailing supplies fire the manger immediately. Tried this location at first couldn't find its down stairs. whats nice is the split pick up area and one area for everything else a little down the hallway. was in and out in 2mins postage done.
Would definitely use again.”
“This is not a regular fedex store. If you were unavailable to sign for a package, you can have it held here for pick up. You park in the lot north of the building, ring a buzzer by the gate. The gate buzzer is well signed. You ring, give the dude who responds your door tag or tracking number and theyll bring your package out. Took them about 10mins to bring out my package. Went at 4:30pm on a wednesday. No sweat”
“This particular locations is one of the better post offices I've experienced. The staff has never been rude to me and usually there's no wait. That said, most I often I purchase my labels ahead of time and just scan my QR code at the self serve kiosk. When I've needed to set up mail forwarding and a PO box etc. I came with my paperwork filled out and required proof of address and had no issues. If there's a wait, it's usually because someone shows up having absolutely no idea what they're doing and takes 15+ minutes going over every possible shipping option and then is still needing to pack their item too. It isn't the employee's fault, they're doing the best they can to be helpful and move things along quickly. My only complaint about this location is the hours you can access PO boxes; it's quite inconvenient for someone working full time regular business hours, but not as inconvenient as it would be for me to drive to the main location. I think these have been updated recently though.”
