“Passing through on my travels, I had a new flyrod and tool shipped here for pickup. I'd never used this sort of service before, but the guy working the shop was very courteous and helpful. I certainly work with this place again.”

“I picked up a few office supplies at Staples on 12/11/23. The young lady at the front register was so kind, and welcoming and exuded such positive energy that I must laud her. On my receipt, she is identified as #2065664. I hope she hears that she just made my day with her kindness. (which is not always found in staff these days). Thank you, young lady.”

“The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I live 1 mile away from another UPS store but drive 5 miles to this one because I have never had less than a great experience. They are quick, service driven, and always have on a friendly face to make your time there enjoyable for all.”

“This is not a UPS store. The manager eventually made things right but actually canceled the return I had special permission for. But by the end they s h i p the return back to Amazon on their own dime”

“Waiting for a package, 3 days in a row we come outside with a "sorry we missed you" note stuck to the fence. We were home. It's a package that needed to be signed for. So frustrating. We go ahead and drive in to the hub on Huntington spoke with a John A. He was able to track down our driver and get us our package. Thank you John A.”

“These reviews are confusing so let me clear some things up. There is absolutely a USPS store here that has fully functioning shipping services for both students and non-students, complete with appropriate packing materials you may need. I can’t speak on the mailbox / receiving end - that may very well be only for students. The store is under the bookstore and only accessible through the west side. There’s one door that leads under and it is very clearly marked. Happy shipping!”

“Have u ever had an interaction when someone goes above and beyond to just help a tough situation? Today Elizabeth listened to the urgency of my situation and provided world class assistance five minutes before the store closed. The options provided really worked for me and her outside the box thinking put her in a class rarely seen in this blue collar world. Elizabeth ur my fave! Appreciate u helping me out big time. #superstar”

“Loved it! This post office is the best one in the world! People need to mail more things and come in here to check out the place. ?✉️Even if you don't have to mail something, just come in and buy stamps to see the beautiful steps and the awesome shrubbery. Don't mind the busted out windows and the chains on the door. Someone just got a little bit excited. ??”

“I visit this PO quite often and am usually quite impressed by the speed of service and the courteousness of the staff. As far as delivery, I can't think of a single time that I've had an issue.(Granted, the cost of shipping has increased and speed of delivery has slowed, but that is undeniably the fault of the 2006 U.S. Congress, which passed the Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act (PAEA). This law required the USPS to create a $72 billion fund to pay for the cost of its post-retirement health care costs, 75 years (75!) into the future, a burden that applies to no other federal agency or private corporation. The law was intended to cripple the USPS, yet they've nonetheless managed to keep up a remarkable level of service despite that attack.)”
