“Howdy, today I had terrible experience at Stamples in Flagstaff-refused to help me print a time sensitive document. Bluntly told me she would not help, refused to get a supervisor and manager. So, I googled FedEx and let me tell you all a young lady, MIRANDA, assisted me every step of the way, including showing me what to do on my phone. I'm 70 yrs old and not up to date on these phones. She is the sweetest, most helpful customer service oriented person I have had contact with in the past decade. Just like it use to be. Excellent and qenuine service. I can't express my gratitude for her help and FedEx Ex for hiring the cream of the crop. Thank you, again. I highly and respectfully recommend this location to everyone one whom is in need of such services. Thank you again.”

“I was in there a few weeks ago, arrived near closing time and ran into issues. Salvador was amazing at working through the system to get my ID process and even stayed after hours to process my package. He was reassuring and nice :). Salvador is a good dude, FedEx, your lucky he’s representing!”
“Can be a little hard to find, but is indeed a full post office! Just definitely tough with the parking situation (there is no parking), so you really have to just walk in! The lady that works there is so so kind though!! Super helpful and efficient! Also important to note that during the school year, it is actually open until 4:30! It just closes early at 4:00 during the summer!”
“This particular locations is one of the better post offices I've experienced. The staff has never been rude to me and usually there's no wait. That said, most I often I purchase my labels ahead of time and just scan my QR code at the self serve kiosk. When I've needed to set up mail forwarding and a PO box etc. I came with my paperwork filled out and required proof of address and had no issues. If there's a wait, it's usually because someone shows up having absolutely no idea what they're doing and takes 15+ minutes going over every possible shipping option and then is still needing to pack their item too. It isn't the employee's fault, they're doing the best they can to be helpful and move things along quickly. My only complaint about this location is the hours you can access PO boxes; it's quite inconvenient for someone working full time regular business hours, but not as inconvenient as it would be for me to drive to the main location. I think these have been updated recently though.”
“I don’t understand the low rating for this post office? I don’t live in flagstaff, but always find when I visit and receive packages here the staff are courteous and friendly. My packages are handled/delivered without issue (even when coming from FedEx and UPS). Pickup of large packages is allowed from the rear dock and if you have many packages, they will load in a cart for you. People in this town don’t realize how good you have it. There are some PO’s across the country that have bitter employees and PO generals on power trips implementing rules that are not customer friendly. This office is definitely way above average. -Thanks!”
