I've been getting deliveries here for years. Now all of a sudden, they claim they can't hold deliveries for USPS OR Amazon. I work up here, probably pay more pick up fees than the cost of a mail box. Has never been a problem. First it was, we're going to return Amazon deliveries, now they are saying no USPS deliveries. I've been coming here for years.

Not a fan of the new owners or manager.
The new manager doesn't even know how to use their systems.
I used to do 90 percent of my business shipping here.
That won't be the case anymore.

Tyson was very rude and condescending. I have a tracking number and it states that it arrived at the UPS store on Friday. He says it was never delivered. I truly feel that they may be stealing the packages and lying to the customer. I feel that this is a scam and they've been profiting on this scam for years.

It's 100% the helpfulness and friendliness of the UPS Store0990 staff! In addition, I also get text notifications of when I receive packages.
I recommend my UPS Store0990 to everyone that asks how I get my mail and packages.

Great service! The customer service was warm and welcoming as soon as I entered the store. I printed off all the customs documents at home but didn’t have an envelope to attach to the package. The service rep was great and attached them with no bother. Will definitely use again!

You closed and it's not even new years this is ridiculous I can understand being closed tomorrow but not today my vehicle registration is In there my sticker and now I can't even drive my car because of it

Tyson always knows what he is doing and seems a step ahead of all of us lol. This last transaction was completed perfectly. I shipped a painting and was reluctant to let UPS pack it for ground transport. Tyson was reassuring and helpful in educating me about shipping. He also saved me some money after offering a few options.
Will ALWAYS use this store for all my shipping needs. Plus, they put up with a lot of Amazon returns from us. Don't know how they make any money there. Never anything but great customer service from everyone there!

Had to change store today. The 50s something guy was very reluctant to help he due to my race and was very discriminating and rude. Making alot of racial remarks about Asians and indigenous people. So unforgivable and entirely unnecessary ignorance.

We have had a mailbox here for a year. We get A LOT of packages delivered. The staff is always super great and friendly. On the rare occasion when there’s been an issue, Tyson has been excellent at helping find a solution.

I brought 3 boxes in to return to Macy's. Guy with an earring (?) is all pissy about it. Tells me to email the labels to their email address... then gleefully adds that it's going to cost $3 to print it out? Three bucks to simply print a return label? Seems excessive and had I known that I would have just printed it at home. Be forewarned.
Guy asks if there are three labels. No. Macy's sent me one and the merch wouldn't fit in one box. I asked if we could just tape them together He acts like this is a huge deal. Bro, it's just a little tape. I worked for FedEx Express...I would have done it myself if he just handed me the gun. Instead, he had to be a douche and hit me with a $3.50 "tape fee." Really, bro? A $3.50 tape fee? How much that tape cost ya? I have two tape guns at home. Had I known they nickel and dime you here, I would have just done it myself in about a minute.
Worst customer service experience I've had in a VERY long time. Well done, son. You just earned your business owners a 1 star review. Was it worth the $6.50?
Ima head on over to Yelp now. Probably link this review and warn everybody on Nextdoor, too. Maybe Facebook, Instagram and X.
Hopefully, they treat their customers better at the 4th Street location.
