The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. I live 1 mile away from another UPS store but drive 5 miles to this one because I have never had less than a great experience. They are quick, service driven, and always have on a friendly face to make your time there enjoyable for all.

I’m continually impressed with the efficiency at this UPS Store location. I have returned dozens of Amazon items and even when there is a long line, I’m in and out of the store in record time. It’s really smooth and hassle-free.

Worst place to send out mail , the employees there look like they are over stressed and over worked no customer service they lost my mail did not give me a Receipt...I will not be returning here ever .

This store is an ups store that won’t take an ups shipping document. It’s their own made shipping document. Will not suggest anyone to take their business there.

Never returned anything l bought on line...Frist time Jen was amazing help me with every step even showed me how to send the label to them and they print it....Thank you again Jen ..( and the other young lady there too)....Great customer service...and she explained everything to me......Definitely will be using them for my shipping......

My return to QVC was packed by the store, product was sent to sedona instead of North Carolina. The person in sedona did return it to my po box. Advised store what had happened said they would leave information on owners desk which was over 3 weeks ago. No response still out $114.00 as it was pass the return window. The store has contacted me and the matter has been resolved. With their quick response I give them 4 stars

9 days in, traveling cross country on a motorcycle, we realize we've overpacked just a tad. $100 to ship 30lbs of camping gear, and a few miscellaneous items back to the east coast. Gotta pay to play! Worth it to take some of the weight off the bike and afford us some extra space for next 3 weeks.

When I stopped in to make copies for a presentation, the team was so kind and helpful. They caught a mistake that I didn’t even know I was making with my copies, asked about it and I was able to correct before the copies were all made!

Think for yourself when it comes to shipping. People will absolutely give you information that may or may not be correct. Mistakes happen, but when your returns get lost in the mail, you lose.
