Everyone needs to chill out on the post office. Educate yourself on how to ship things ahead of time, it will help the line move along faster and will help you save money.
People show up no idea what’s going on, complain about the line, acting like they’ve never even heard of mail in their life, need 10 minutes at the counter for their special mail problem, then probably come on here and complain that it took so long. Complain that the employees are rude when they’re just trying to do their job.
Be nicer to your mail carriers and post office employees! They are wonderful people who work really hard and have to deal with a lot of grumpy complaining people all day every day.

Past few months UNTRUSTWORTHY. I dont have any issues with this little post office. I actually enjoy doing business here. However, in the past few months i have seen a huge decline in service once my mail sends off or things i am supposed to be receiving that never make it to me or get delivered to the wrong unit.

Why am I never coming here again? 👎 Literally because of the rudest postal worker I have ever met in my life. He seems to only have an attitude with me, I have been here on multiple occasions and each time he is nice to other patrons and then has a tone with me. I hope you fire him he does not belong in a customer facing role. Why is this man the only one ever working the desk? I bet all the other employees are at least cordial. This man does not belong in a customer facing role!!!!!

I have lived in us territories and despite that their post office was faster and more efficient than the flagstaff location. They are incredibly slow and sent my w2 to another unit and a completely different apartments w2’s to me. If I could give less than 1 star… I would.

Been here dozens of times and have always had a good experience. The employees are kind and quick workers and i appreciate them for their hard work.

They are rude there. Not sure why going there and asking for help for post office related issues are met with such animosity. Usually post office is pleasant not this one.

Karen is amazing here, she’s all that’s good at this location for me. For the past two years “Roy” has had some issue with me, my partner and my daughter. He is just so rude, and condescending to any of us when we go in. Even when we are very nice to him, try and break the ice with small talk, he is so damn rude! I don’t understand why for two years his behavior towards me specifically has been what it is. I dread going into this post office anymore because of it. I feel so threatened and intimidated by his behavior, because it’s not something you’d expect from a postal employee. I have put up with it for so long, but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I went in, very nice said hi how are you, then discussed my needs. He was very aggressive with the stamps and handling my cards. He seemed pist off that I had the audacity to ask for stamps, when I clearly stated I only had a few at home and I wasn’t sure about the weight of the cards, and how many stamps they needed. This is their job after all to provide postage upon request, right? Ok then I pay I move over to the side and place my stamps. Unsure if I should hand them back to him or place them elsewhere I kindly ask him should I hand them to him. He grabs them and throws them. I said thank you, have a nice day as I always do and he didn’t say anything back, as usual. The guy behind me walks up and starts chit chat with him like they’re best friends. That was so embarrassing to me for everyone in there to see how this guy treated me, how he spoke at times, and how aggressive he was handling my cards. There’s no need for that kind of behavior. I would love for usps to pull the video and audio at 1:27pm-1:29pm 12/13/24 so they can see exactly what I’m talking about. It seems like a discrimination situation, as we are of a certain ethnicity. That is the true issue in my opinion. I will continue to do my business here, as I ride a bike almost 7 miles, and this is the closest location. So I expect things to change, if not, a formal complaint would have to be made moving forward. It’s truly unacceptable to treat certain races the way he does. Nobody and I mean NOBODY, deserves to feel the way I do by ONE postal worker in this building for TWO YEARS.

they're refusing to leave packages at our mailboxes for my apartment complexe which leads to a delay in service. its like... get over yourself and deliver the damn package

Super rude employees had a package I needed to ship I had a long day and didn't read it was for fed ex he rudely told me it was for fed ex and pushed the box with his finger. Idk if this dude was having a bad day but do better.

Front desk lady was very rude when I went in and asked about a package that was never delivered. She pointed at some address saying that she can’t do anything for me. All I needed to know is if she could track the package and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Bigger woman with grey hair and glasses

The staff here are friendly and helpful, but you have to understand how busy they are to appreciate that their attitude may not fit your preference.
