I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. No office answered the phone anywhere. They couldn't deliver mail to a 93 year old because of blocked driveway but could put a sticker on offending vehicle.

If you need a receipt for your shipment, then do not drop them off here, they don’t do receipts.
Very nice postal office. Very nice staff.

Helped me very quickly and efficiently. This post office is part of NAU campus so it's attached to the bookstore and there are plenty of signs pointing to where it is.

Package is supposed to go to Florida and ended up in Flagstaff 8 times , and is back there again , I'm done with USPS.

Not from the area so imagine how confused I was when I couldn’t find the building and it was UNDERGROUND! When I finally found it I ended up not even shipping my package because the lady was so rude. I can usually deal with not so pleasant people but it was just her and I in there and she was speaking to me very condescending and made me so uncomfortable I just left. I wish I’d got her name but I was trying not to cry in front of her I was having such a bad day prior. Don’t work customer service if you can’t be nice people.

This is NOT USPS, it's on campus and in a campus building. Never got to see the inside, after driving all the way here and TRYING to ship a package and walking a good distance they closed at 4 not 4:30. No convenient handicapped parking either. What a mess.

Use the NAU Postal Services Google Location Phone number. The phone number listed here is for the USPS that's downtown not this USPS. I'm not actually rating this place.

This is the NAU bookstore but I guess it has a small USPS inside. There is nowhere convenient to park so I gave up. There really should be an actual USPS on the west side of town. Thanks Dejoy.

These hours are not accurate. They hold different summer hours. The sign on the door stated open until 4:30PM rather than 5PM. I arrived at 4:25PM and the doors were already locked.

Not a post office for non-students. It has locked doors for only student access. There’s not even parking around (only a parking garage which you have to pay. They should change this.

These reviews are confusing so let me clear some things up. There is absolutely a USPS store here that has fully functioning shipping services for both students and non-students, complete with appropriate packing materials you may need. I can’t speak on the mailbox / receiving end - that may very well be only for students. The store is under the bookstore and only accessible through the west side. There’s one door that leads under and it is very clearly marked. Happy shipping!

This downtown location is the only one I will go to now. Karen is one of my favorite people at this location. She's always friendly and understanding. If I have any issues with tracking a package I've shipped, she looks into them right away! They can get super busy, especially around the holidays so please be understanding. They can only work so fast in the busy times, yet they are friendly with a smile on their face through it all. I do wish there was more parking, but being downtown it's understandable that it's minimal. Sometimes I have to drive around the block so I can get a parking space once someone else leaves. But that's not their fault, that's the city. They have a good amount of P.O. Boxes available to customers and they take care of the mail quickly for those boxes. They also have a good selection of shipping materials to purchase and the free USPS shipping boxes. They also have a great selection of holiday stamps and regular stamps. So this location is my absolute favorite, and I will continue to do my business here!
