Clean restrooms but visited 3 sites in Flagstaff and no one could help me. Ended up calling service reps and getting a replacement phone. One online person was very helpful. I guess it turned into a self service business now? Physical locations only good for looking and using the restroom?

The live, human staff was trying very hard to help me but they could not really help me. The virtual thing was my only option and it was a ridiculous waste of time and not at all helpful. I feel badly for the human staff.

If you want to go to a Verizon where you sit for 4 hours, no one help you, and act like you’re a insane person for not having a phone for three weeks because they can’t activate my number, made me purchase a month of pre-paid service because “that’s all we can do”. You will be treated like absolute garbage. 1/10 would not recommend, go down to Phoenix and never deal with them.

This place had very unpleasant staff who didn't seem like they were in any hurry to help everyone out that were waiting to be helped. I was there to pickup an order I placed online and they told me to get qued in and that I would have be waiting for about 45 minutes. Just to simply pick up a gadget that was already paid for. I had to call a representative from Verizon in order for them to get someone who could simply check my ID and hand me my purchase.

Worked with Taylor during my second visit to the store. He was difficult to talk to on several occasions which I won't even mention here. Tried to call a manager but phone goes to mainline of Verizon

3rd time visiting store. Made an appointment for today but because of on line order appointment no longer needed. Walk in 15 minutes before appointment. 3 employees inside no one said hi or mentioned a word for 10 minutes because they were all “busy” with customers. 2 other customers walked in after me again no greeting of any kind to them either. Since I ordered on line for pick up it is self served. I was not aware of this self serve set up. The agents are pretty much appointment only. So just stopping by may not be the best idea. Local phone number will just lead you to the national call center so you cant ask for help from the local crew on the phone.

I want to give a shout-out to your team-member named Mica! I switched to Verizon a few days ago. He was very kind, fun to chatter with, attentive to detail, and knowledgeable about my options & what makes most sense for my situation. He seemed to be the youngest staff member there, but I asked if he was the manager. He chuckled & said no. He seems to carry that “I can handle all of it” authority, tho: multitasking with myself and other customers, had to go to the back a couple times. It never seemed like my time was being wasted. He only left during quick gaps when I needed a minute to look something up, or waiting for some confirmation # from my previous carrier. Etc. He knew a few quick things about getting some info from my old company’s billing app, and was very polite about making sure he was allowed to peep at what I had pulled up on my current phone’s screen (ya never know these days lol). It was all very pleasant and surprisingly EASY! This is what you want your new customers to feel like: confident you’re going to get what you need & not confused about any of it. There’s always some nervousness when I hand over my personal contact info, debit card number, and submit a credit check (which was a “soft inquiry”) to agree to a new recurring bill in my monthly budget. Mica answered all my questions, very black & white with exact numbers & reasons; with no pushy “sales-pitchy” type energy. I’m def impressed with the quality of customer service.There wasn’t an unreasonable wait time either, but I will suggest they should maybe have a sofa or a couple chairs somewhere for the customers to sit until they’re called up to get helped at the interactive counters that have the barstools. I personally don’t mind sitting on the floor—ha—but others looked uncomfortable lined up, squatting on the window sill.The phone & network coverage itself? Excellent! I haven’t had an issue! I’ve only been with Verizon <1 week, but it’s already 100% WAY better than what I had before. Metro PCS was my carrier since 2017 in Phx. I moved here to Flag last summer, and ever since… their network here was horrible! After being frustrated for an entire year, the only people I knew who did *not* complain about cell phone service in this whole city, were Verizon customers. So, finally I thought to myself y’all must be doin somthin right!

Went in to upgrade. Zander was the young man who did a great job helping us. He gave us options, and went over everything very thoroughly. It was an easy and enjoyable experience with Zander. And the phone we decided on is awesome!

Looking at the reviews says it all. Years of unhelpful service from employees of this corporate store reflect the greater Verizon customer service standpoint. Unhelpful, inattentive, and usually unable to help you with what is needed due to managers being gone or incompetent staff- not to mention glitches with online service. I even had an unsolicited worker text me after a store visit (the next day) saying to not come in to the store (they were too understaffed). How is that okay? For a long time Verizon was the "only" cellular provider that worked well in Flagstaff, so everyone had it or recommended it which meant putting up with this store and staff... I'd say switching was the best decision we ever made with no lapses in service or coverage. If you are thinking about switching from Verizon, do it.

It's sad to say at this store no matter what your place in line is you get passed up if your not native American. My husband waited patiently and was next to be helped. When a native American employee passed him up to help a native American customer who came in after him. Then turned around and helped another native customer who walked in. Leaving my husband and an elderly couple to waite for someone to come from the back of the store. I don't care what race you are you should always take the next customer in line. To me she was very racist.
