  Pharmacy tech that usually answers the phone is lazy, condescending, rude and unprofessional, not a good look for her. She clearly hates her job. My family has had many issues with her attitude, we feel sorry for her but are so tired of it all. I’ve had several managers fix mistakes that she refuses to look into, always a very easy fix but she can’t be bothered. At this point I’m sure I know more about her job than she does. I’ll edit with her name next time I must go in there.

  Always sold out of stuff and the employee Kathleen yells so loud that the store can hear your information and what you’re buying. This is very unprofessional especially in a pharmacy setting. It makes me and other customers uncomfortable

  Sometimes customer service at the pharmacy drive-up window is spectacularly bad! Today, I was the only car in line and I waited for ten minutes without even being acknowledged. Then was told that the item I had been waiting to pickup wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes, which was 30 minutes longer than I was first told. Store manager, if you’d like other details I’d be happy to share.

  The Walgreens at the corner of Riordan and Milton in Flagstaff is the Best! The staff is so efficient and friendly it will knock your socks off (or your slippuhs)!

  Been coming to this Walgreens since I was a freshman in college, I think what would make my dreams absolutely come true is if they added my favorite BeatBox variety pack as well as the green apple flavor ;)

  stopped by here to grab some makeup items and had a good experience. the store was clean and well stocked, plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of the location. the woman working the cash register was so friendly and sweet!

  Go anywhere else - frequently override your doctors prescription because “they know better” only to not inform you till you wait forever. Then EVERY time end up saying “oops our bad” and act like it’s a favor to actually fill the prescription the doctor prescribed . On top of that they are curt and could care less if you waited or are in pain or correct. Getting todays that required two trip (even after calling in yesterday and being told it would be ready) that they denied then finally “approved” then going anywhere BUT here in the future. Third time this has happened. Tried to be understanding but three strikes and I’m out

  Love the drive thru for our prescriptions, easy, staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, should we have any questions.
  In store is great as well, cashiers are friendly and if you don't know where a product is, they will help you find it.

  Absolutely ridiculous. Every single time I have to pick up a prescription, I ALWAYS tell them not to read it aloud because it's no body's business but my own and EVERY single time they do it anyway. Health care professionals my rump! I'm so sick of people doing the bare minimum just for a paycheck. The employee manorisms are disgusting

  Store hours are 7am to 11pm and arrived here at 7:50am and have been waiting for 30 minutes and the store is still not open.

  Huge waste of time to shop here. The older blonde lady with the scratchy voice is beyond rude. I picked out some lotion by the register and when she rang it up it was double what the sign said. She just snapped "No" at me and told me to give it to her because it wasn't where it was supposed to be. So I grabbed a different one.....surprisingly also mislabeled as half price. Awful experience.

  Tommy was great! Took extra time to make sure I was satisfied and was very personable. Super thankful they have such an intentional store manager. They are very lucky to have someone who values taking care of others.
