“My tire was leaking air so on the way to Page Az from Tucson, we stopped by this store. As I wanted to get to the Hotse Shoe Bend before dark - I was worried that it would take few hours. The manager took my information and said about 1.5 hours or by 4 PM, they could get it repaired. Well, it was done by 3.30 and they showed each step what was going on and found a nail stuck to the tire. They promptly repaired it and checked for the leak - no issues - torqued and released the car. I waited to pay and the tech it said it was free. “Free?” I asked, and with a big smile he said “Yes” I was impressed by how professionally they treated me and the speed to which they took care of my issue, but free? I told him my text tire purchase will be at the discount tires for sure. Well done team and thank you for my wife and I to watch the sunset over the Horse Shoe Bend!!”

“Michael and his team were amazing! We were traveling back to Phoenix on a Sunday and had the charging light come on in my car. We realized that the serpentine belt fell off and needed to be fixed. Being a Sunday, we were having issues getting anyone to see us, but as soon as we called them they said to bring the car in and they would take a look at it. They were able to get the belt back on but noticed the tensioner pulley needed to be replaced. They were so helpful in trying to do anything they could to get us home but being a Suzuki and a Sunday they weren't able to get a part that day. They gave us a few options and even offered to tow my car back to Phoenix if we wanted to get it fixed down there. They also offered us a rental car to get home and come back up to get the car later! I can't recommended them enough, they were so helpful and had great service and saved us from being stuck in Flagstaff!”

“Editing this to 4 stars, as the store did take care of all of the issues and did take the time to reach out to me.

I have been here several times over the past 3 years and everything was decent until the last visit. I called and asked, they said $22 per tire mount and balanced. I showed up with the tires and wheels already removed from the truck and it was suddenly $35 per tire. I had them pull my last few receipts and look at the $22 charge per tire, they did and said I must have been charged wrong the last several times. When I picked the tires up 2 tires had weights falling off because they didnt clean the wheels where the weights were placed. The other 2 weights are about half stuck on. They did not want to rebalance the tires and just put weights where they thought they should go. I was in a rush so I did not have time to argue. They also did not align the valve stem with the yellow dot on the tire, which is how you are supposed to mount tires (the yellow dot marks the lightest spot ton the tire). Go figure, the weights are all where the yellow dot is. I have not driven the truck yet, I will update if they balance out or not.”
