Went in 5 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly and was not rushed because they wanted to close up. The people who own this business understand old fashioned customer service. Highly recommend them.

My absolute favorite jeweler in Flagstaff.Wil McNabb’s studio is always one of my favorite stops on art walk to admire his incredibly beautiful work, and Dad and I often get my Mom’s and sister’s Christmas and birthday gifts there (Dad has stopped buying me jewelry because I never remember to wear any jewelry at all). Wil is also fabulous at repairing jewelry — he restrung a necklace that my great-grandmother left me that I’ve always been too afraid to wear because I thought it would break! I currently live in Colorado but save up all my jewelry repairs to bring to Wil when I’m visiting my parents.

I don't even live in Arizona, but I came here to get a ring resized about a year ago, and when another ring broke I waited on getting it fixed so I could come back! They're very knowledgable and up-front about their prices and any potential complications, and they do very good work fairly quickly.I almost never bother posting reviews on google, but I highly recommend Wil McNabb for jewelry resizing and repair.

Took my silver cuff here to be repaired and cleaned. They had my watch for almost 3 months and failed many times to call with updates throughout the process, and when they did finally call me it was to update me on what I already had been told? Very confusing and frustrating. When I went to pick up my watch while it does work, it was not cleaned and I was lectured about how that was seemingly my fault for bringing them a vintage item? I would take my jewelry anywhere else but here, really disappointed with the service and communication.

I went in to see if they had an extender for my vintage turquoise necklace and he pulled on the strand I saw the wire at the time I thought why would you do that you deal in fine jewelry he told me he could restring it and that would allow it to be longer I said no I don't want it out of my site ( I only wanted a extender piece to make it longer you just hook it to the necklace and you don't have to change it I took it off tonight and that side broke and beads went flying I just bought this today from a vintage jewelry place I would not go to him he doesn't know what he's doing and he's so overpriced for his jewelry trust me you will overpay for any jewelry you buy here

I had my mask on when entering, was at least 20 feet from him, pulled it down to explain what I was looking to buy. Ordered me to put my mask on. Owner was a completely rude man and told me "I don't care".Upon that comment, I decided no money should be spent with him by anyone.It takes a lot for me to send an bad review.Wow !
