Abhorrent company and customer service. WM trucks go 45mph down our primitive, dirt road, not caring about pets or small children. Avoid this company at all costs. There are much better, cheaper, locally-owned trash pickup services throughout N AZ.

My dislike for waste management doesn’t have anything to do with the local people for waste management, but the overall company and their policies are horrible. They raised rates by 30% and then when I called to cancel was told that it would take three months for them to cancel it. Plus they were charging me $300 to pick up the container. Even though right on the statement, they sent me said I had 30 days to cancel due to the rate increase. Very poor service.

Living in a rural area I am very pleased with WM. They will come down our 1 mile of dirt road, driving slow to keep down the dust issues as well. I have the 1 yard dumpster on a bi-weekly basis. No one else has a dumpster that size.Services: Dumpster rental
