I really appreciated how they had tons of local artists retail their products in the store, and the selection was never short. The value is high-end, but worth it. But once, cry once; for the warranty is lifetime (or at least a year).”

“I adore this store. So many great finds from Shyanne, Idyllwind, Cody James, Miss Me, Ariat and more. I tend to struggle to find XS/S sizes in a lot of cute tops. They usually have a lot of Medium, Large and X-Large sizes the most. So if I need a smaller size I must order online. I like getting coupon codes if I do ship to store option. So that's what I will usually do. The boots are incredible here, but also lacks a little bit with some sizes. My favorite boot brands are Ariat and Shyanne. I can always find a cute pair of boots when I'm looking for them. I also love the accessories and jewelry section here. There's just so many options of those! I personally have not had issues with staff welcoming me, or asking if I need help. I feel they are great at welcoming people as we walk in, and they usually ask if we need help a few minutes after we come in which is what I prefer. There is one gal currently who is super bubbly and friendly that I enjoy talking to when I come in! I only wish they could keep the smaller sizes in stock a bit more, that would be awesome!”
“The store was clean, there were a alot of options to choose from, there was a good clearance section, etc. None of the store employees talked to any one that I noticed. They just kept to themselves. Normally they are really personable and bubbly when I go in there but today was just quiet. Not a bad thing but that was something I noticed differently today than past times I have been in this store.”

“I adore taking a look at the new items that come into the shop. There’s a lot of stuff that’s reworked and fun accessories. My biggest complaint outside of prize, as I’m okay with spending a little bit more for good quality, is that the sizes mostly ever go up to L. I have found items that I fit in the range given but if you’re plus size or even mid size finding clothes that fit can be a challenge. The styles are all up to trend and unique so it feels like a real score to land an item. All the employees I’ve come across are very nice. It’s just sometimes hard with the really limited size range.”
