I’ve lived at woodlands for about two and a half years and I’ve never had a major issue until recently (besides when i moved in and something was messed up with getting our wifi installed so they had to get us an electrician and it took days while my roommate and I both needed wifi because we are in school). They have blocked off the back of my parking lot for MONTHS. like almost a ridiculous amount of time, and then blocked off even more to tear down a bunch of trees. As a young woman, parking late at night, I personally don’t feel comfortable parking far away from my apartment due to having unsafe experiences here, including once when a drunk man tried breaking into my apartment and I had to call the cops. Not even looking (it was late) I had accidentally got a parking ticket for parking in a handicap spot (that no one ever uses, but again I should not have parked there). When I went to the office to let them know and just how I was a little frustrated because my parking has not been accessible for months and on the weekends I usually work late, they came back with a very rude attitude and very dismissive and told me it’s frustrating for them as well because people have been parking illegally (why do you think they are?? you’ve blocked off almost the entire parking lot). They were just rude and dismissive and I was upset only due to the fact that we have had our parking blocked off for months and months and I just feel as though I was treated very rudely. Most likely will not be renewing my lease again.

Worst place to live in flagstaff, the management team sucks. There’s black mold everywhere and they don’t plow well at all during the winter. You’d be better off going to Mountain View. AVOID WOODLANDS AT ALL COSTS!edit: it has been 4 days since it has snowed and the parking areas AND the stairs to the apartments weren't plowed so their response of "historic snowfall" is null. again AVOID woodlands.p.s. i did put in a request for the mold :) lets see how many weeks it takes to get seen and taken care of :)

Autumn, Alexis, and Jamie were great! They definitely helped us on being able to get a place here. Very nice and helpful. I thought I was being too much asking questions, but they showed great service. Looking forward to our stay here.

Called the office and spoke to Bre, she told me that they do accept section 8. They are not low income and they do not change prices for those units.

The team at Woodlands is absolutely exceptional! Jamie Medina is such a well tempered, helpful, and understanding manager. Jamie and her team always do their best to adhere to tenant needs and it just fills my heart with joy :) Keep up the good work guys!

Great apartment complex! I rented here for six months from aug to feb and out of all the places I’ve stayed in flagstaff I think this one was the best. People who live here are nice and the management was refreshingly pleasant. Management was easy to communicate with and they were very helpful in my move in and my move out. The complex itself is clean and well maintained and has nice amenities. I would recommend woodlands village to anyone in the future looking for a place to live!

I wanted to share our great experience with Woodlands Village Apartments. Our daughter goes to NAU and has lived there for two years. The staff there has gone out of their way to address any and all needs. We recently vacated the premise and received our full deposit with no hassles which honestly was unexpectedly awesome. We had a couple of follow-ups we needed help with and Ursula from the front office provided a level of customer service you would expect from a 5-Star hotel. Again unexpected and extremely appreciated on our end. We would definitely recommend Woodlands Village.

I have been dealing with Karen, who is the district manager as well as Ursula at Woodlands Village. I have also spoken to a couple other staff members while trying to figure out housing for my son. This team goes above and beyond to answer questions and assist with the process. I can tell they really care about helping potential residents. I highly recommend them.

I haven’t moved in yet, but already I am having a bad experience with the management of this complex. They are very careless with the forms that they are sending us to sign and overall it just seems very unprofessional and unorganized. For example, they have messed up our rent pay, the address, and the type of apartment. We have had to call them back several times due to payments being different than described. They also documented us as a two bed one bath and a two bed two bath on two different official documents. When we brought it up with them, they tried to up-sell the rent. They also tried to double charge us for the admin fee and security deposit when we already paid. Not to mention, me and my roommate are moving in 5 days, so we have the internet and insurance already linked to our “address” they originally gave us. It turns out that address is wrong, so now we need to call everyone back and change where all of our stuff is heading. It is completely unprofessional. I amgoing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I would warn anyone wanting to move in to keep a close eye on official documents and payments that they ask you to sign in the renting process.

I lived at this apartment complex beginning in January of 2020. While I enjoyed living there generally and liked my apartment, the administration is incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. I moved in via a lease takeover and the process was extremely hectic and I had to jump through many many loops before I even signed a lease. They also require that each tenant has renters insurance and they even provide a company that they work with to provide a quick and easy way to become insured. I didnt think much of it at the time but now 4 months after I moved out, I am still struggling to cancel my policy. The company that they work with is completely unresponsive and even though Woodlands works with this company they provide zero assistance in cancelling. After months of pestering, my mother finally called them and the lady that she talked to at Woodlands informed her that my policy had been filled in to end in 2099!! This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam...I will deter people from moving here from now on.

I love living here! the staff is always so friendly and helpful for anything that you need. They also host community events frequently to keep the residents connected and happy. The apartment itself has great amanities and hangout spots. great place to live I wouldn't go anywhere else in flagstaff.
