They are very helpful and understanding, I was moving some items out of my unit this weekend, and with all the confusing I forgot to put the latch back on. First thing Monday morning i received a phone from Melissa who was very understanding, and offered many different solutions. She offered to put one of their latchs on my unit until i could get there to put my lock back ion it. This is the exact reason why i do business with loyal businesses. “Stored our boat there, easy to get in and out. Cost was less than other places in STV. Customer service has been great just wish the in and out hours were extended to earlier and later but overall not that big of a deal.”
