A package in a express envelope but a fully paid click and ship label was declined and requested an additional $25 to send to the recipient for a $5 envelope. Never have I experienced this and have done it many times.

I went to the post office months ago to report a broken lock on my cluster mailbox. They told me the entire cluster station was going to be replaced, so I didn’t bother paying $40 out of pocket to fix a lock that I didn’t break (it was clearly forced open). I’ve waited patiently, but nothing has been done.
At this point, I’m seriously considering putting a private mail receiving station on my property and bypassing USPS service altogether. Honestly, with most things being digital these days and packages coming through FedEx or UPS anyway, I don’t see much reason to keep relying on USPS if this is the level of service they provide.

I drove from San Tan very nervous about getting a passport, however Lupe! She was very kind, helpful, and informative whilst applying for a passport. Transforming the application process easier.
Kudos to her 5 stars for her customer support and care! Thank you and a bomb picture of me :)

I went in to mail a package that I needed postage for. Two people were working the counter, but one lady was doing passports. Why would you do them at the service desk. They should have a separate area/room for this. I was in line for 30 minutes. When I was waited on, it took about 3 minutes to complete. The service counter should not be used for passports!!

Lee took great care of me when I did my passport today! Even having all the paperwork already done, I was inside for maybe 7 minutes. I highly recommended doing your passport here, print out the paperwork and take it in.

I've ordered several items that say delivered & I didn't receive them. I constantly receive mail for other people. This is happening to my neighbors also. I mailed several things from this post office people never received. Now if I send mail, I wait until I'm going to AJ or Mesa & no problem with people receiving what I sent. If I get anything delivered it's UPS or FedEx. This post office is horrible.

LAZY. If you want a package delivered do not expect them to deliver it. And if you want to talk to a supervisor they are always at lunch. Government money being wasted at this post office never had an issue at one until Florence

My priority insured package was marked delivered and was not delivered. And I witnessed the mail lady in a gray car throwing my neighbors package in their yard. Others in the neighborhood said their packages were in their yars as well. This lady in the gray car need fired

Had a passport appointment today and this location is batting 1000. I came back in May for my older daughters passport and it was a very positive experience. Came today for my younger daughter and again, blown away. Fantastic, friendly, and efficient service. Can't ask for better. Thank you!

Terrible they randomly quit delivering my mail,then put it on hold completely so I wasted a trip down there to ask why & their complaint was that my box was weather damaged, paid to have it fixed brand new post & all notified them of the repairs with pictures as well & they're still illegally withholding my mail with now ZERO reason I went back demanding a reason & the supervisor was useless.
forcing me to reroute my mail all the way to my mother's address ridiculous!!!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The contractor filed the box so full it would not unlock. I tried both keys. When I called the post office, they said the carrier had left for the day. When I explained that there are prescriptions in there, they said they would try to get someone out today.
