The staff is just doing an amazing work and every one is taking care of détails. Keep doing your wonderful work and make sure that doesn't change. We love the stay.We would just like to have hot milk for breakfast or at least a microwave to heat it up. THANKS.

The staff at this IHG and at Candlewood Suites just down the road are incredible. Always able to help when you need it and super friendly. They made the experience so much more enjoyable. Rooms are cleaned well twice a week, and coffee is available in the lobby every morning. I really liked staying here and would gladly do it again!

The service in this hotel is amazing. All the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs, especially Petra. She greets you at the front desk and is amazing to chat with. If you need anything you can just walk to the front desk and ask Petra (trash bags, towels, snacks, etc). Weekly they make fresh cookies, which is really nice to come back to. Carl who works the front desks hands down makes the best chocolate chip cookies. Although the facility itself is a little bit older, the staff makes up for it. Housekeeping staff ensure towels are exchanged, trash taken out, bed remade, floors cleaned weekly.

This place is best. The staff are awesome and gave probably the best service I’ve had at a hotel. The rooms are great and have almost all of the accommodations I wanted. My room didn’t have a stove, which some did, so that was a little disappointing. The location is awesome, right next to the mountains with a little pond and improved fire pits. As far as on-post military hotels go, this one is excellent.

My room was neatly kept...even restocked twice a week. Although the building could use a face-lift, the staff members (especially housekeeping) were amazing. I'll miss the cookies at the front desk.Thanks for making my stay a memorable one!

Cannot charge my vehicle here making life difficult. Will change to 5 stars should this issue be fixed.Your commet back is inaccurate. All I have requested is to plug into the wall outlet outside the building, which the management has continually refused. There is no special charging equipment required.

Though the IHG needs remodeling and renovating, it did satisfy the need for a place to study, rest, eat etc. I appreciated the staff keeping the kitchen clean as I used it a lot to cook meals and I will say overall the premises is clean. Whenever I requested maintenance, they always showed within a decent time frame and was thorough with fixing what they needed.The only gripe I have is in BLDG 86, on the 3rd floor (308), my room remained pretty warm as the A/C seemed to not work as well as other rooms I visited. Keeping the blinds closed, opening the windows, turning on the fans only did so much. So I would recommend making sure all the rooms have adequate A/C.Also, during February/March, (the coldest time while being at Ft. Huachuca) there was a week when the hot water was out during our stay. Let's just say that was not the best time I've ever had; however, what I want to emphasize is making sure to be proactive with the functionality of IHG. Please conduct check ups to anticipate when things will need repairing or completely new installation.Overall, the staff was great and accommodating.

Overall, the staff was delightful. The stay, on the other hand, was different. My building had no hot water for a week straight, and a strong chemical/ gas smell came from the faucet. I thought nothing of it and got a chemical burn from washing my face. Then, multiple giant cockroaches and ants appeared from the shower drain for a few days before leaving. Lastly, when the AC kicked on, it was stuck on for 3-4 days straight, running all day and night, and my room was an ice chest with no control over the settings. The AC is so powerful that you can feel the cold air blast from under the doors into the hallways. I can't even be in my room without a hoodie, sweatpants and being under the blanket without freezing. If I had a choice between hotels, I would've changed to Candlewood.

I’m giving 5 stars because Jen is an outstanding housekeeper, but this hotel needs a serious make over. Everything here is every outdated. It’s so outdated that I even have a VCR in my room, but no kitchenette.. I literally feel like I’m living in the barracks.
