We did not stay. We drove thru to Tour and it was very well maintained. The resort is in a beautiful area right by Fountain Hills. A quick trip away from Mesa as well.

The worst customer service. Checked for RV space availability 2 days prior, at which time we were told spaces were available. Today, we called ahead to confirm and got voice mail. Left detailed message, but never received a call back. Checked online and got a message stating "online" reservations were not available. Upon arrival at the "resort" we were told they were in the process of changing their reservation system and could not complete a transaction to check us in and did not have any suggestions or seem to care about the significant inconvenience they caused. Will always avoid this "resort" and its Casino in the future.

Reserved my space back in September for Thanksgiving weekend. Thanksgiving morning drive 200 miles. My space is occupier. I don't care if I land in one space or a other but no one on site to assist. Called the casino, website says its managed by them. Security came and hung out with us. Sat for 3.5 hours before someone made it here. That could assist. Missed my holiday with my family on the other end of town. The head of Security, his name escapes me, came over and introduced himself. Offered us dinner. Of course we took it, we didn't have much alternative.Went to office this morning. Spoke with a gentleman named Derrick. As I explaining he literally shrugged his shoulders. I stopped mid sentence and asked if he felt what I was saying was irrelevant. He said it was and proceeded to explain that the space I had a reservation for was occupied by a long term rental. He offered me a 10% discount and referenced that we got fed. To which I replied I feel that sitting here for 3.5 hours was worth more than a 20 dollar discount. He asked what I wanted ...I responded half which he gave.In the end it isn't the discount, the meal, or much anything else but the "I don't care" that was presented.I 100% salute we ko pah casino Security for stepping in and assisting to the b3st of their ability. To the gentleman who introduced himself as head of Security, your very arrival and empathy are what customer service is all about.I will never use this facility again.

One of my favorite places for a quick staycation. The sister and I come quite often when the weather is good; maybe once a month when the weather is below 95.They keep this place sparkling clean inside the facilities and the actual grounds. The office/ground staff are always friendly and very professional when interacting with them. They have cable and internet as part of their price so, we love being able to plug and play. Their showers have a powerful flow of water, which is quite relaxing. We’ve used the pool and hot tubs, which are also clean. What we like most is how close to the casino they are. We have yet to use their shuttle service but, it is available. Though they say they have trails for hiking, we have yet to find them to explore. We tend to power walk the grounds a few times to get the mileage in. Would definitely encourage you to come here if you have an RV, 5th wheel, etc. We will continue to keep this on our list of local favs away from home.

Super clean rv park with full hook ups. The pricing is fair and the office staff is so helpful. We came for two nights and enjoyed our time and will be back in the spring. While there isn't any shade at each site the pool is covered and inviting. Every morning the staff come around and collect the trash from your site making it one less chore that you have to do. Make sure you have a pressure regulator for your hose since this park has some impressive water pressure.

Spent two nights here. All sites are back ins. Recommend unhook tow vehicle by office. Plenty of space and out of the way of others. Sites are very wide making backing in easy. Full hookups worked great. Site was level and paved. Saw night security patrol roaming park. Only con is there are a few add on charges to be aware of since this being a reservation. Road to park is rough just slowdown. Would stay again.

There is only 1 real positive for this "resort", the close proximity to Fountain Hills. They are under new management and you can tell. If you're looking for great amenities, nice people, and fair price then you need to keep driving. This is the first year that there has been a problem with rattlesnakes. One example, the rattlesnake problem. In 3 years we saw 1, and it was dead. Now it seems like it is something normal. They've increased there prices by minimum of $200, and up to $1,000 increase. Not sure why they feel they needed new management, but this decision has lowered the value of the "Resort". When asked why they increased prices we were told, "to make Eagle View a Resort and not a park."So I take that as, "we only want rich guests here", and they will pay. But after talking to many other guests, they say they will never be back. The quality of the park has lowered and the cost has increased. To me this does not make any sense. If they're needing more money there are ways to increase revenue without lowering the looks and quality of service. The place is overgrown with weeds and thick grass, the fences a broke in a few places, they nickle and dime you for everything, laundry prices have skyrocketed. It would be nice if the other management was back. If the place was worth it, I would not have an issue paying more. But that is just not the case. If you have a choice, keep driving and find somewhere else to stay. It's not worth it.

This is a nice kept park. The spaces are large and clean. No picnic tables. Very basic. No shade. No trees. The pool and common areas are very clean and basic. The only downside is the customer service! They are rude and need some basic customer service skills. Other than that it's a great value. The views are beautiful!

Be careful they quoted me a price for my stay over the phone but when checking in said it was a higher price. The gal on the phone and at the front desk was not friendly at all.The sites are pretty small and they have people backed up to each other.Park was clean with nice amenities.

Clean quiet Campground. Friendly people. Only complaint, the laundry facility. Washers are fine but the dryers are terrible and don't dry!

Nice park but management needs improvement. Website not informative, booked reservation, never received email booking info. Arrived during business hours and office was closed. No night drop box, no explanation on my site. No phone number to call. Picked an empty spot which happened to be mine. Found out because asked neighbor who said to check electrical box and found hidden paperwork. Won't be going back!!!

The manager needs to work on some of the front office staff skills and attitude when it comes to customer service. But overall the manager is trying and doing his best. Very clean and quiet campground. Love the gym on site. Wish they would let the post office deliver to the office. Watch your invoices to what you are actually charged.

We've been coming here for several years during the Winter months. The park is spacious and well kept. However the management was lacking. Upon our return this year in 2022 they have a new manager. His name is Derek and he has turned this park around.. It has been a pleasure staying here this Winter thank you Derek!

We stayed a week at this RV park - definitely not an upscale resort as noted. Asphalt pads with rock. A number of long term residents and no restrictions with RV type/condition.A good place to stay while visiting the area and about 30 minutes from everything. I would not consider this for a long term stay. Watch for the Javelinas who wander close by. Office staff needs to be improved, typically nobody is around - good luck getting in touch over the phone. They prefer email :)
