“I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Shawn saved us big time! After 2 mechanics saying they couldn’t help us, Dracons saved us! Shawn found a part that he didn’t have at another shop, fixed our Ram 2500 within a few hours and got us back on the road quick. On top of all that, he gave us his personal car to go get lunch and get out of the heat while he didn’t work. Thanks a ton Shawn! We appreciate you big time!”

“Amazing shop! My wife, 2 cats and dog were on a road trip across Mexico and US with our car. It began stalling and giving us a lot of issues. We took it to Under the Hood and right away were met with compassion. There were no codes or dash lights on. They went over the car for 2 days finally finding the throttle body was the issue.
This could have been a massive speed bump in our trip. But they helped us find a hotel and gave us a ride 20 min each way.
Unfortunately, the part is not held at all retailers anymore and could only be found online. They gave me a couple of wrenches to reset the car and limp it to my friends where the part was sent to and we could wait.
Stand out shop. You all are the great people you hope to run into on the road!”
“I took my motorhome to J&J to have my dash air conditioner repaired. I've been having an ongoing problem for quite sometime with it. Every other mechanic just put in freon and said it's fixed. After telling Joseph my problem he had me bring it in and let him diagnose it. He call me back about 2 hours later to let me know what he had found. A valve and a O ring needed to be replaced and the system needed to be evacuated for dust and moisture. He fixed everything and I was very happy with the results and pricing was fair. He called me back the next day to check and see if everything was still working properly. I HIGHLY recommend using this mechanic for any repair work!!! I know I will be using Joseph for any mechanical problems I have with my vehicles”

“Returned and exchanged deep cycle battery as they must had gotten a bad batch of them in Oct. Working good and didn't take to much time off my day. Real helpful at counter and tested battery fot 10 min and they simply exchanged to it np problems no 1000 question.”
