Bought a battery for my 2021 Buick and they installed it and after installation had engine and other codes and was told my system needed a decoder and suggested to either go to oreillys or Buick to clear codes

So today September, 24 2025, my battery quit on me in a parking lot a half a block away from Autozone. Napa was closer so I went there first and the staff in there was rude as hell and wouldn't help me. Fortunately it was only a 100 degrees out so I walked down to Autozone and explained my situation. Without hesitation one the guys in a gray shirt told me they had a store use jumper box and that they were gladly able to help me at no charge. I live over an hour away and was trying to finish work to get home. Another gentleman grabbed the jumper box and drove over to my vehicle. We got it running and I was able to get it home. Huge Thanks to these guys for being great human beings. This is exactly what great customer service is all about!

Jesse G. is amazing! I was leaving my oncologist office after 4 hrs of chemo, and my car wouldn't start. AAA came and gave me a jump, but said my battery wouldn't charge and I needed a new one. So as I was driving to Auto Zone I called and Jesse answered. I told him Im weak from the chemo, and when I get there can he come out, take my credit card inside and charge me, and then install my new battery. He said of course! I got there and he came out immediately, and got me on my way home in just a few minutes! BEST auto parts store in our area! He even gave me some encouragement about me beating cancer before I drove off! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve been wondering where Justin from the Fort Mohave AutoZone has been these past two weeks. He’s honestly the only salesperson in that store who really knows what he’s doing. Every time I’ve needed help, Justin has always gone above and beyond to get me the right parts and answer my questions. The younger employees seem like they’re just playing around, but Justin takes pride in his job and truly cares about the customers. He’s a very good guy, and I hope he’s still with the store because AutoZone really needs more employees like him.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Justin at AutoZone! He was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable — you can tell he really takes pride in his job. It’s rare these days to find someone who not only knows what they’re talking about but also genuinely cares about helping customers. Justin went above and beyond to figure out exactly what I needed for my truck, and thanks to him, I left confident with the right parts. His great customer service really stood out, and honestly, he deserves a raise for the way he treats people and represents the company. AutoZone is lucky to have him!

I went into this store this morning I was their first customer. One employee was on the register/computer he didn’t acknowledge me. Another employee was at the front when walked in. I said good morning I need a battery I have the core in the car it’s too heavy for me to bring it in. The employee that was at the front walked away while the one on the computer still didn’t say anything. I waited 3-4 minutes another employee walked by said good morning and kept walking. Finally the employee at the front looked up and said good morning and went right back to his computer. After standing there for at least 5 minutes ( you can check your cameras) l wet your store went to O’Reillys where I was greeted and helped immediately. Your employees need to get brushed up on their customer service. They lost a $250.00 sale this morning and I won’t back in the future, I will also repeat my story to friends and family. Thank you k

My car wouldn't start near their store. They let me borrow their jump start device, and let me borrow their tools past close on a Sunday to let me install a new battery! Very kind staff!

I went to your store in Fort Mohave Arizona on Friday April 18th 2025 evening for help with my car. I needed my alternator and battery checked as I was having issues with my dash light and my trunk lift. Your employee Justin R helped me and figured out the problem very quickly and efficient. He also had to deal with a very rude customer before he helped me and handled it perfectly. He stayed very calm and very professional and that's hard to do with people that are being disrespectful to him. I think he's awesome and deserves a raise!!! Will definitely visit your store in the future.
