My husband left me for another lady, I was heartbroken and devastated. But one fine day I was scrolling through Facebook when I saw a lady testifying about Dr. Vincent so I decided to contact him and he helped me mend my broken relationship and now my husband is back. I really do like CVS at Target in Bullhead City. They almost never have anyone in line when I go and they are always polite and helpful.

I have to say, I am surprised that the CVS Company would allow such a rude Pharmacy Assistant to work with the public. This woman was not only more than rude, but she was also unknowledgeable about the products information and could not help us as to what was in stock in their store. I'd suggest maybe she should be more in the warehouse or shipping and receiving. Out of the public eyes.

Unfortunately some of the Rudest pharmacy tech's. your prescriptions are never ready when they say they are( or you get a text stating they are) I can only hope service gets better( maybe a new manager) might help. If you work with the public, sick people, the elderly Please Be kind! Or go work elsewhere.

Change to CVS about a year ago for my inhaler. Lake Havasu CVS is the worst pharmacy. Every month they have tried to overcharge me. 3 days or more to fill Rx. This month I've waited a week, waited on the phone for 25 minutes for someone to answer and update me on status with no answer. I could die waiting on them! Called Walgreens who will have it ready in 2-4 hours.

So So Customer Service. Reasonable Prices and Various Products. Big Parking Lot and Well Lit. Convenient Spot for This Establishment. Near Everything here in Ft Mojave, AZ... Nobody is wear Mask... Horrible...

Trying to get COVID test. Virtual operator. Have to do online. You go online and answer all questions to get appointment but it does not work. No human to talk to. Sucks

They don't answer the phone in the pharmacy!!! On hold for an hour! I don't believe they have anyone to help people on the phone and for an elderly couple that can't drive anymore and need to get a ride but can't get an answer to a question before they have to come down there is unacceptable! Will not use cvs pharmacy ever again!!

Waited on hold for 30+ minutes. Nobody is capable of picking up a phone? It's a week day at 11am. You can't possibly be that busy.

I would actually give 0 stars if possible. Rude, unhelpful. Waited over 15 minutes on hold to check prescription status only to walk into the store while still on hold with the music and recording for CVS Ft Mojave playing in the background for the representative to tell me "there's no calls waiting." Waiting in one line only to be told "oh you have to go to the other line. if we haven't processed your prescription yet because if it's faxed by the doctor's office it's waiting over in the drop off area for further information." Typical CVS.

My comments are in reference to Ft Mohave AZ store. This is one mismanaged business. The employees are clueless, their supervisor more clueless, the store manager if they have one is missing in action, hiding, unavailable, non responsive. The store is am access point for UPS. They opened my UPS package, removed the contents without my consent, destroyed the shipping documents and box. This is unethical. It is criminal to open packages addressed to otters. CVS is in hiding now. UPS is playing dead.

The absolute WORST! Understaffed, rude and incompetent employees. I witnessed the store manager publicly berate an elderly couple and yell at them, for an incident that was not at all their fault or responsibility. It was shameful and all the customers witnessing it were horrified! It bordered on elder abuse. If that is how a store manager treats the customers, what can you expect from the employees? She should be fired! They are unbelievably slow in filling prescriptions. The doctor had called in medication 5 days before a planned procedure. They didn't have the meds ready until the day AFTER the procedure! They didn't apologize, offer any reasoning, or notifiy us they wouldn't be ready. Don't waste your time going here, take your business elsewhere. Awful!

Worst pharmacy on the planet! My husband had surgery, when I went to get his medications and all they had to say was, we have a question waiting for the doctor. So I asked for a call or something and all they said was, just call us later. Now after calling every hour and a half, no answers and the most rude people EVER! they do NOTHING to help just sarcastically rude reactions. Brandon is the only friendly and professional person in that pharmacy.
