Edited many months later- would remove a few stars if it was possible. Pharmacy takes refill orders, never fills them, then blames the printer on the refill not showing in the computer system.
Pharmacy fills orders incorrectly, refuses to fix, and is not able to be contacted. Take your business elsewhere.

I went today to pick up a prescription. The girl told me that it was not in the system. I showed her the picture on my phone that I picked up the prescription on 8/6/25. She didn’t know what happened and said it was probably an error on their part. And they would not give me a prescription even though it said there was three remaining left. So she had me talk to a lady named Sarah, who was very, very, rude. I was so embarrassed as I was talking in a quiet voice because I do think when you go to the pharmacy that it is personal, not anyone else’s business. And she was telling me so loud in front of everyone that it was not their fault. I said it was an error on their part just like the other girl said, and she was yelling. I know they don’t care. They got thousands of people that go there, but I will never go in that store again. I was so humiliated.

Placed an online order and it was ready quickly and pickup was so fast and easy at the front of the store.

Everyone who works here is really kind and helpful, I have no anxiety or fear about coming here because I know everyone will always be nice. Thank you for all your help!

I've been a customer of this store several times since it opened. The employees are always polite. Never rude like many of the other pharmacy employees in the area.

Horrible place to go for a pharmacy. The front end of CVS are all kind and helpful, the pharmacy staff are rude, uninformed, and just don't care. They waste everyone's time and usually don't have the medicine you need in stock.

The Worst CVS they are always short handed and or don't have the medicine and super expensive, bad attitude worst customer service. CHANGE PHARMACIES, DO NOT GO HERE.
