You can't write a review about this place and be polite. Yeah, I have met the blond. There are some that try to outdo her rude.

Deana at the pharmacy has horrible customer service. I asked a question regarding my file. She was very rude and condescending. A simple explanation without the attitude would have been sufficient.

This is the closest pharmacy place to my house in Fort Mohave. I refuse to go there any more. The pharmacy staff has always been rude with long waits. I transferred out my scripts. I stop occasionally for tp or other emergency items. They allow people/groups to ask for donations inside the store. Last one, was I went to do a UPS drop off and no one came to the counter. I yelled "anyone working." Then left.

My name is Taylre Burton, a six yr or so customer of CVS Fort Mohave. I read some of the really bad reviews and well this is not of one them. I have yet to experience any rudeness, incompetence, lack of knowledge, and certainly without hesitation there’s a final “do you have any questions” from any employee in the prescription department. My latest experience is without a doubt the bestest best ever. The pharmacist on duty, Janet, was beyond understanding regarding an issue with a much needed medication which was having a hard time getting filled. I called days in a row hoping my med would be ready. Janet took it upon herself and went above and beyond finding answers to the whys then finally able to fill the prescription and as if that wasn’t enough, even after all her dogged determination and efforts to help me; Janet went one step further and saved me a good bit of money. As far as I’m concerned , CVS Fort Mohave and pharmacists like the wonderful Ms. Janet definitely optimize the quality, standards, and friendliness we see conveyed in those major commercials. Ms. Janet, CVS Fort Mohave, Az…..thank you, thank you, like you have no idea Thank You!! With my utmost gratitude and respect- Taylre Burton ???

Wow! I rarely ever leave reviews but the lady I talked to on the phone was horrible. I tried to transfer my prescription over from another CVS and it had to be validated by her because I needed to go from a couple different CVS. I would go back to Bullhead or fly to California to avoid her judgmental and rude attitude.

I really do like CVS at Target in Bullhead City. They almost never have anyone in line when I go and they are always polite and helpful.

Not a happy place!!!Rude staff, not everyone but I was treated very poorly by 2 different associates at this pharmacy so shop wisely when searching for a new pharmacy.

CVS near me pharmacist. I won't say where or name but she is a witch! I special ordered a medication but found some alarming side effects. Among having severe skin issues and skin irritations I decided it wouldn't be a very good decision to get the cream. She got Really Really Upset!!! She returned it to the supplier and got reimbursed. No Big Deal!! This was a couple of months ago. I now need some other medication. She won't order it for me because She thinks in her mind, that I will do the same thing.. I called in aPrescription to see the costs for their pharmacy. Not Only will I be saving $1100.00 per 3 months I'm going to transfer my other medication there too.I've Only seen her Smile one time. She always has a Very mean look.They Have 100% Improved on answering the phone within five minutes Not like before one Hour. So Thank Goodness for that!!! I live in a very small citySo Not busy at all. I don't know what their problem is.

I called guy pick up the phone did not say anything, I have to say my date of birth and fir 20 times, stillhe did not get it. Finally I hang up. It would be nice if they can train people before they can put on the job.I been to 49 states over400 cities, this was horrible, people even don't know how to talk with patients or customers.
