I particularly like the positive attitudes and attention to detail. Amanda has went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure my parents are informed of their portfolio's performance.It's refreshing to find a place that makes us feel special as a regular customer!

I recently opened a debit/credit card account with Arizona Financial, and I couldn't be more pleased with their exceptional service. They are not closed. Great bank to deal with. Now art of Arizona credit union. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I just moved to the area and haven't found a bank yet but when I am ready to open an account it won't be here. I needed a roll of quarters so I stopped by. First, I was the only one there, no one in line and no one at the teller but she made me wait five minutes while she was doing something. I asked to buy a roll of quarters and she asked if I had an account, I said no and she said sorry then no. I was surprised. I understand, they have the right to say no but it seems so petty. I roll of quarters to a bank has to be about the least amount of effort possible, they're a bank for Christ sake. But no, and she wasn't even nice about it, no \\\"sorry we can't\\\" just a curt no. I'm new here and over all the people seem nice, but not here. This won't be my bank.

After hearing good things about this financial institution, I called to see about a possible home refinance on a Tuesday afternoon. The number had a busy signal for about 30 minutes. I was confused as I wasn't aware busy signals were still in use but more importantly it is really sad Horizon lost the possibility of my business over an unanswered phone call.
