We used Jims House of Glass to replace all of our windows. Had a couple issues but the owner takes pride in his business and quickly resolved it. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you for your help today. I have used you several times and your staff is always friendly and helpful. I picked up parts today and the staff even took the time to explain the correct installation procedures so I would not damage the window. Thanks for taking the extra step, it’s difficult to find good customer service now days.

This could not have been a better experience. Everything was seamless. The guys doing the actual install were amazing. They sure know their job, it was like watching a ballet, constant motion and no wasted time or steps. Besides that they were sweethearts.
