We visited the Ace in Fort Mohave after first visiting the Ace in Bullhead city. The customer service was horrible in Bullhead city with all their Yeti items locked behind the counter and no one wanting to help we thought this must be a freak incident because Ace is always amazing. We went to this location this lady was even worse. We wanted to purchase a Yeti cooler and Yeti ice. The Yeti items were behind the counter same as the last place. But the Yeti ice was at the edge at this place and easy to look at so my wife and I had never seen any and wanted to see how it was to decide if it was worth the money. We both picked it up was looking at it then some rude Brut Amazon looking lady come over and loudly said “EXCUSE ME PUT THAT BACK” And hastily walked between us and the Yeti ice. She then put a cleaner of some kind and rag in front of it and starred at us. I told my wife let’s go I wouldn’t buy from these people if my life depended on it so We left. We ordered everything we planned to buy from them online. I refuse to support those people. The owner of those two places I don’t know at all. But what I do know they have to be horrific to work for because their employees seem miserable and the culture there is unlike any Ace I ever seen.

Took a $50 water hose back because it started leaking no receipt, no question asked just replaced it.

Helpful and pleasant staff makes it easy to return and spend money. So many other companies make it so hard to spend money with them but not this place. I will be back.

I love Ace Hardwares they remind me of H&E Hardwares in California Homebase home club before the big conglomerates Home Depot and Lowe's took over everybody wants everything like fast food now served at their hardware store as well Ace Hardware is much different you're much more into customer service and helping you find what you're looking for.
