A friend and I arranged rentals through this location twice. Once was a local clear out of a storage unit and the second was renting a truck from California to this location. Ray Passaro made sure we had all the information we needed, especially since on initial rental in another state you may not get the truck from the location you want. He made sure we could reach him if something went utterly dakflapped and upside down. Our experience was smooth and untroubled from arrangement to payment.Ray never tried to overcharge us. He and his coworker did fair assessments of the vehicles we turned in. He was complimentary and efficient in his business. This is an excellent location. Thank you Ray. My month would have been much harder if it hadn't been for you and your excellent customer service.
