I’d give them a zero star if that was possible!
If you google hours of operation for the Fort Mohave, Arizona post office the result is a page that says the hours are from 9am to 4pm. THAT IS NOT TRUE!
I arrived at 11:15 am and the Fort Mohave post office was closed with a sign saying the office was closed for lunch. REALLY!!!!!!?????
If the Postmaster of the location is not capable of scheduling his employees to keep the post office open for the advertised hours then find someone who is capable or hire more employees to facilitate proper staffing for the hours of operation.
That means the post office is only available 6 hours a day. REALLY!!!!!????.
What happened to business hours that cater to the public?
My old post office where I used to live was open from 07:00 to 17:00.
THIS LAZINESS AND OPERATIONAL FAILURE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!!!
Check the huge number of 1 star reviews. This indicates a miserable working condition in which the employees take out their frustration and dislike of their job on the public.
CONDITIONS NEED ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I made a formal complaint on the USPS website. Let's see what reaction is forthcoming, including problem resolution or retaliation regarding my complaint?

The worst post office ever. Not only do I keep getting my my neighbors mail but I'm not receiving my electric bill for about a week and a half after it gets mailed to me which is inexcusable considering that the electric company that mails is it 20 minutes away and on top of it I was supposed to get priority mail delivered to me yesterday and it said it was out for delivery but I never received it. I don't know what's going on with this post office location but y'all need to get it together and start doing your jobs because I'm NOT here to do it for you.

I have had issues with my key not working in my mailbox I went down there to talk to somebody on Monday a week ago and they said that they would try to get it figured out I didn't receive a call so I went back in by Wednesday to see if anything was going on with my service request and the lady had to fill out another service request because it wasn't done the first time. I called again on Wednesday to speak with the corporate number and they said they would give a call back within 2 to 3 days it is now Monday and I stillannot get into my mailbox and I still have not received any calls or notices about my mailbox being fixed. It should have been filled out right last Monday when I went in. I needed a special delivery from my mailbox for my kids 16th birthday and I couldn't get it due to them not getting back to me. I would just appreciate some kind of call back or something so I know it's not jus forgotten.

Slow, whole post office shuts down for lunch when they could take lunch break separate. One of the ladies working out front is rude!

Worst Post Office in town. Always mis delivering my packages or I’m always getting other people’s mail. Whoever is delivering needs to SLOW DOWN AND PAY ATTENTION. Im getting really fed up

I've never experienced a rude employee here and I've met 3. I'm always here. They're very helpful. Try visiting a post office in CA and maybe you will appreciate this place more.

I've been trying to reach this place for two days within their operating hours. Since I live out of state, I can't just pop in there to "see" if I can get my problem resolved! I sent my great grandchildren a Christmas card,2 cards and they are lost. My p.o. suggested I call the receiving p.o. to see if they have the cards marked insufficient funds or return to sender, but no one answers the phone!I have a call in to the BIG boys so waiting on call back from them. I'm going to report them and mohave valley. NO ONE, answers their phones!!!

I received notice from Amazon that this place attempted to deliver my package at 7:23 am, and that a notice was left at that time. I checked my post box, and it was empty. I got dressed to come here that same afternoon, checked my post box again, and found the notice (several hours after Amazon notified me). That tells me they filed the notice at the post office and never sent my package out in the first place. This isn't the first time this has happened, either.Also, after being notified by Amazon, I attempted to call this place several times, and nobody answered.I'm now curious if they're going to use the package delivery container I've installed in the front yard or continue with this current format.Update... after speaking with someone here, I was informed that the central hub before this location sends the notifications to Amazon and then delivers the oversized packages to this location for pick-up.

Take the time to learn their hours, just because their not open when it's convenient for you does it make them a bad post office. They have always been very helpful with me, I have no issues with them.

Employees act like they hate their job and are super rude. The store is never open and the actual delivery people seem to be blind because they never put the right mail in the correct mailbox.
