WALMART PLUS-just signed up and used it for the 1st time today. Be careful,they assigned an auto tip of $6 to my order of just over $30. I was able to cancel the tip, but as I understand what I read, it would have,posted in 24 hours had I not canceled it. I don't rip the USPS, UPS OR FED EX. Why would I tip a delivery driver for Walmart when I am already paying for WalMart Plus?

Every time I'm in town, I do a Walmart pickup for my mom. The last two times I went, Christian was the one who packed my order in my car. Both times he was super friendly and made sure all my things were packed nicely in my trunk. I hope anyone I get from there is as great as him! Thank you!

Not sure what the problem is, but the gas station at this Walmart seems to never have paper in the pumps. Can't tell you how many times the machine says no paper go see the attendant. Gets a little old and frustrating

Their delivery service is a near disaster. I order twice a month (sometimes more), and there are always items missing from my order. Tried calling the store to discuss with a manager, but they don't answer their phone. Never. (The store operator doesn't even answer the phone.) Yes, I can call their national customer service number, but all they can do is issue a refund for the missing items. But that doesn't get me my missing items. All I can do is either go without, or go to the store, walk an acre or two, just to grab the two missing items and then deal with long lines and slow cashiers or do self-checkout, which is a PITA. If I wanted to go to the store (or could go to the store), I wouldn't be using their delivery service. At this point, all I can do is give them a low rating and warn other people that there may be thievery occurring on the part of some of their delivery drivers. In any event, the delivery orders are not being checked for accuracy or completeness, before leaving the store. I gave them two stars, because Walmart is not a total disaster - just really hit-or-miss from a service standpoint.

This goes for ALL walmarts... the fact that is impossible to contact the store no matter what key you push astounds me. What if there was an emergency? You cannot get intouch with anyone at the store through there published phone number at all. This sucks and they should be fines for such lackadazical crap. A huge Chain store the operator doesnt even answer. They should be Ashamed!!! Poor bussiness practice...

Had manager giving me wrong information on a product two times within two days. Drove all the way from Laughlin twice and was unable to get product because the manager "Tif" gave me wrong information multiple times.

I like this location. Clean store and friendly staff. The only harp I have is when I purchase fragrance I always have to hunt a staff member down to unlock the cabinet. Other than that no issues. Decent location.

Never going back to this store ever. They cannot see fit to fix their electric shopping carts to accommodate me and my 91 year old dad. It was 121° today and once again I had to wait in the car while my dad went in and shopped. Never again! Smiths is just down the road and that's where you'll find us.

For the most part the Walmart pick up is great. My one complaint/issue is when I order/buy something and it exspires the next day. Please address this with your staff. Other than that things are good.

Kim from electronics at the Fort Mohave Wal-Mart was no help. Waited in line for about five minutes to ask where a product was while she conversated about Covid with another woman that wasn't checking out, but standing by the counter while her S/O was looking around. After some time Kim looked at me and instead of acknowledging me, she puts her finger up to tell me to hold on. So I waited some more. It wasn't until I turned around to walk away that she quickly and loudly blurted out, "I can help you now sir." No thanks. I'll go elsewhere.

Easter bunny stole my phone, vary uncool. Put it in the phone selling machine, and ran away. People there didn't do anything about it.

Their grocery & delivery aspect of the walmart store here in Fort Mohave, AZ is good. They are very good loading the car and explaining the differences of my order. Very friendly. I have had a problem with the ordering of a product, but I think it will get solved, after I called them 3 times to correct. We'll see if it happens again when I order it.

If no star was an option. I just went to load My Bluebird Card 1/4/2021. The Glitch spent 47.35 off my card. A Police Report and 10 days later. Dont come here. The entire staff including Management need more Training and Public Relations Skills. Thank You for The Inconvenience and Headaches. No Apologies... This Establishment needs a Drug Test and a Enema. Possibly the grossest walmart I've ever been in. Homeless people live in the parking lot begging for money year round. So lock your cars. No one wears mask or social distances. Kingman is f******

Came here at 10:40 when they close at 11 and they wouldn't let me in. If they close at 11 they should close at 11 and let people in at 10:40. The people at the door were really rude and I just needed to get one thing. Really rude and not with the holiday spirit. Very disappointed.
