The team here was was extremely helpful! I had an issue transferring my account & called, while they could only help with so much over the phone I went in & Christian was ready & available. He gave me exceptional customer service, had all the answers & was able to make what I thought a headache of a day would be into a pleasant one! I really appreciate all the help they gave me.

I purchased a new iPhone from AT&T and during setup managed to link it to an account I did not want to use. Ethan very kindly corrected my mistake and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you, Ethan! So happy Fountain Hills has its own AT&T store.

Had the pleasure of working with Brayden and the Store Manager Ryan. By far one of the easiest transition and BEST service when switching over from T-Mobile. While Brayden was ensuring everything on the account and numbers were taken care of, Ryan was present with helping make sure all my stuff got transferred over while also helping my son learn his new phone! He even was great with handling my minor meltdown when I thought I lost all my pictures. Even bigger bonus, I HAVE BETTER COVERAGE!

Brayden is amazing! I’ve never met an amazing young man like him! He did his absolute best to make sure I got the best deal possible and saved as much money as I could. Brayden is definitely the guy to talk to if you’re looking for a phone.
