I'll call this the "Case of the Mysterious Transmission Fluid Sample". My 2012 Prius with 264,000 miles was tentatively sold and the buyer wanted Auto Whisper to check the car over before the deal was complete. Dropped the car off and gave the man behind the desk most of the maintenance records on the Prius. As I was going to pickup the car the buyer called and said she was not going to buy the car because of the Auto Whisper, man behind the desk evaluation. He told her that a sample of the transmission fluid was "so black, it was the worst he had ever seen". Hmmm!. When I asked the man behind the desk about his comment he said "YES that was true"..Hmmm..OK I asked to see the sample..his reply "Oh we threw it out". WHAT! The worst he had ever seen and he threw it out?. I then informed him that the transmission was serviced 5 months earlier and I had put only 1,000 miles on the car since then. NO RESPONSE! I showed him the receipt for the service. NO RESPONSE! I told him that the black sample was impossible. NO RESPONSE! So the next day I took the car to RIGHT TOYOTA. Told the service writer the story and told him I wanted a transmission service but I wanted the mechanic to note the fluid he was extracting to see if there was any problems. At Right they also analyze the extracted fluid to check for metal or any other particles that might cause a problem. NONE DETECTED!.. NOTHING OTHER THAN A NORMAL TRANSMISSION SERVICE was the mechanic and service writers comments! WOW! from the WORST FLUID EVER SEEN to A NORMAL TRANSMISSION SERVICE at a Toyota dealership in just ONE day! Very Mysterious!

I take my cars to Auto Whisperer and they are always very friendly and intelligent. They offer great prices and I know that I can trust them. Every time I take my cars in to get service they are very helpful with everything I need taken care of. I would 100% recommend this business to anybody looking for a reliable mechanic in Fountain Hills.

Jamie and the Auto Wisperer team are great. Jamie works hard to explain in detail what they believe is wrong with the vehicle and their pricing is very fair and straight-forward with no surprises. Recently Jamie worked with another local repair shop in town to obtain a cash credit for a bad water pump that was just outside the warranty period. He not only coordinated with the other shop but the cash credit he obtained saved us a lot of money out of pocket for the new water pump. The fact that he worked with a competitor repair shop shows that Auto Wisperer is in business for the long haul and that they truly put the customer's interests first. Nice job Jamie and team and thank you very much.

Fantastic shop with integrity. We had our work van towed to another shop in town located on Shea for not starting. That shop reported back the Van need the engine replaced at a cost of $8,000. Auto Whisper was recommended by my dad for a second opinion. After paying 2 tow bills and a $189 fee to the other shop the van was at Auto Whisper for a second opinion. To my amazement the engine was fine, the van was fixed and an oil change done for $150.00. Auto Whisper was aware the the other shop recommended an engine. Please support this business!! integrity Is hard to find.

I took an older classic car in for some routine maintenance and to check out a suspension concern. The work was done quickly and at what I thought was a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Auto Whisperer was recommended to me by my old shop because they didn't have the ability to repair my rv. I was satisfied with my old shop's repairs but the people there didn't seem to understand customer contact. When I talked to Jamie (Auto Whisperer head cheese) over the phone I knew instantly I had found a new shop. Very respectful and decent man was my first impression. The work quality has been great and so are prices charged. They are busy all the time, expect 3 or 4 days out for your appointment, maybe longer. Would highly recommend!
