“A lot of these reviews are aimed at the thrift store part of Sunshine Acres. While i can’t say that people did or didn’t experience what they claim, I will say that the prices are reasonable for what they are getting. Not only that, all proceeds are spent towards the cause. The children are very well taking care of there and LOVED. This is not your average “Orphanage”. They gain a family here and are given the opportunity to have many if not all the things that other children on the outside have. Sure, not all children like it because many don’t like having boundaries or rules because they didn’t have them prior to arriving. Most love it there and don’t want to leave. You don’t have to take my word for it, take the time to volunteer and see for yourself. Meet the children of Sunshine Acres!”
