As a real estate investor, owning multiple rental properties in 3 states, working with various property managers - Christine and CMS are by far the best to work with. Great communication, friendly and always helpful. My Arizona rental was on complete auto-pilot and the property was managed perfectly.

Most amazing agent. Best one in the last 30 years of buying, selling real estate. Provides perfect advice on properties, very up to date, does more than normal, listens and works hard. Bought 2 investment properties recently with her and she is also doing rental management. Highly recommend her.

I have been with this group since 2014. I can only say extremely good things regarding their professionalism, their honesty, their thoroughness, their overall business profile. If I gain any other properties in the future I would not hesitate to put them under contract with CMS. The owner, Christine, is truly a pleasure to talk to and work with. I highly recommend these people, especially if you want it done right with personable/friendly interactions.

We purchased our first home in Fountain Hills ten years ago (2009) with the help of our realtor, Christine Schroedel. When we outgrew that home, we purchased another with her help in 2012. We kept that first home as a rental, and Christine and her team have ever since then managed it. So, we're true believers in Christine's abilities. She is knowledgeable, honest, enthusiastic, friendly and will go out of her way to get you into the home of your dreams and/or manage your rental.

CMS Properties and Real Estate has provided outstanding property management services for our several rental homes for many years. Always professional, very dependable and thorough in both maintaining our rentals as well as securing very reliable tenants. After being landlords for many years, we decided to sell our rental homes and CMS Properties provided outstanding real estate services with the sale of our properties as well. Can't say enough great things about Christine and her team.

CMS Properties and real Estate have been managing my rental home for nearly 4 years. Through that time, they have placed excellent tenants and addressed any repairs or maintenance needs etc. very timely while keeping any inconvenience to the tenants at a minimum. For someone living 1,200 miles away, I can easily say that CMS was the best property management choice I made.

We have been using CMS Property Management since 2015. They make us easy for us to own rental property out of state. I appreciate the email communication each month when rents are deposited. Additionally, the client web portal is a great tool and all of our essential tax documents are easy to access. Very happy with their professionalism and communication!

Christine,Jamie, Paul and others in the group have been amazing at answering my questions, and taking care of my first investment in AZ.They have always brought great tenants, and helped with any problems or repairs . I am very pleased with all they've done the past 5-6 years.
