Michael was the best. He helped my son and I find the right bulb for our Honda and was kind enough to help us install it.

This store is very cluttered but has some good staff that work too hard. Short handed can only be an excuse for so long. Lines are super lone and honestly it extremely difficult to find. Not sure why they expect to get much business.

As far as I know they do a really good job I mean I was dealt with by a pregnant women who changed my battery and couldn’t lift it so of course as a gentleman I helped her lift it but she wanted to actually install it. I was super proud of her for doing such a good job and being the only one in the dang store and still answering phone calls at the same time. She kicks butt and for the so called owner with the battery at discount I’m sorry you broke down but as far as coming to oreilly’s maybe if you were smart enough you would realize that they can’t leave the premises to replace a battery for you. One that’s a liability for their safety and yours and maybe two don’t be such a jerk when they are willing to go out there for you to even do it. So no sympathy for real.

Great for ordering any parts you may or may not need. Prices are a little more than other stores and with inflation still raging, I don't mind saving some gas.

I chose O’Reilly for my new battery last year. Today my car battery is dead and my car is next door at Discount Tire. I’ve been waiting outside O’Reilly for over 90 minutes and they told me “sorry for the delay, we have to help our customers in the store first “.Meanwhile I’m waiting outside for someone to change my battery. A battery under warranty.So since they get no money from me today, I’m less important ? I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

I had excellent service from the assistant manager Willis. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and installed the items I bought. I was surprised by the fantastic service and products available.

I went to the store in Fountain Hills Az for windshield wipers for the front, and a replacement wiper arm and blade for the back window. Brian helped me and I couldn't be more satisfied. Brian was friendly and professional and he installed the windshield wipers and installed the new wiper arm and blade on my rear window. O'Reilly's is my go-to place for auto parts and it's because of workers like Brian.
