We had Travis apply a slurry seal to our Mesa business parking lot. The pricing was competitive and the results were impressive. Thank you Travis and your crew.

When they were on a job, the workers splattered hard pavement materials all over my girlfriends brand new vehicle, making chipped paint and dents all along the front end and side of the vehicle. When we called in regard to this and spoke to the woman safety manager over the phone, she was completely unprofessional and stated "I" was being rude when i simply was stating what happened to my vehicle. She said the owner Tommy would call me back and of course never did. She asked if i had insurance and to have them pay for it (which I do) however it is their fault for the damages so they will be the ones paying for the damages.

The company itself is very professional. Excellent to work with. Whenever there is earth work to be done, be it paving, concrete, dirt or asphalt repair estoration, I would most definetly recommend Performance Paving & Sealing to get the job done right and on time.

We had work done at my office in December 2015 and they do a pretty good job with patching, laying seal coat, and re-stripping. However, their customer service is terrible. They did not do our signage as requested the first time so I had to reach out multiple times to get it done the way we originally requested. Also, they were supposed to replace a wheel stop, which they also forgot to do originally, and when they finally got around to it, they brought a wheel stop that is completely different than the other ones in our parking lot, with out even letting us know. Shortly after completing our parking lot we had a patient almost fall, do to a small sink hole in the parking lot. I reached out to them regarding this and weeks after calling, emailing, and leaving multiple messages Shawn finally called me back and scheduled to come out and look at it, which he did in the middle of January 2016, he said that he could understand the hazard of having this sink hole, because although small, our ELDERLY patients could trip over it or their canes/walkers could get stuck in it. He said that he would have someone come out right away to fix it at no extra charge, at this time I also asked about the bill, which we still had not received, he said that he would get that sent out as well. It is now the end of March 2016 and although I've tried reaching out to him multiple times, no one has come out to fix it, we recently had another patient almost fall because of it. They do not care or understand the liability behind having this sink hole in our parking lot. Again, their customer service skills are tremendously lacking (you can't get anyone to contact you back, unless it is regarding payment) and doing business with them was a mistake. They act as if we are inconveniencing them, which is crazy to me because this was a paid service. Which also, by the way, was an issue, instead of sending us the bill for our parking lot, they assumed that it was to go to the HOA??? So it took forever for them to send us a bill.
