Safeway Liquor is noted as a clean store that usually has what customers need. The self checkout service makes visits nice and quick. The beverage department, led by a knowledgeable steward, is considered the best in the area, and the liquor selection is excellent. Some customers find certain wines, like Shiraz, extremely hard to find or almost never stocked. Exceptional and friendly customer service from staff at the deli and service desk is also highlighted as making a positive difference.
Clean store and usually has what I need. Self checkout makes things nice and quick. Luckily the elderly fools in town don't use that service as they have no idea what is going on in their world let alone how to use a self checkout. Bonus.

Today i met a chris or Kris today. She is a new deli lady at this safeway here in ftn hills az. She was so nice and friendly and just made my day. Thanks chris.

Tom the beverage steward really knows his stuff, is helpful and is the highlight of our visits to Safeway. The best beverage department in all three of Fountain Hills' grocery stores.
