I've been coming here for the past couple of years. I see all the negative reviews and couldn't disagree more.After consistently using other extremely busy Sonora Quest locations, I was happy to find such a calm location.Not only is this Fountain Hills location always very quiet, the staff is ALWAYS consistently friendly and professional. I'm usually in and out within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment.I've also never had any billing issues.There are other closer locations. However, this one is the best hidden secret.Keep up the great work! You will always have my business.

My wife and I came 72 hours before our international travel so we could get PCR Covid test to travel and they swabbed us charged us $100 each and now we’re 12 hours away from leaving and just found out our test was canceled due to a faulty tube… no email, no call, we luckily found out from scouring their patient portal. Nice people but unprofessional business. Find somewhere else to go if you can

BILLING WARNING!!!!The people that work here are nice, good service, no complaints there. HOWEVER I had a blood draw 5/2022. Have an invoice dated 11/2022 showing a balance due of $550, so I paid it 1/2023 "worried" because it says it's past due and will go to collections.I just found out my Health Share plan sent $151 toward this bill 8/2022 which is the adjusted price - nothing more due by me. The 11/2022 SQ invoice does NOT reflect this payment, although the check was sent 3 months prior.I then called Sonora Quest. The rep saw both payments. Said she would send the request to the Refunds Department to send me a check for the $550 I sent in January. I asked if it would have eventually worked it's way through the system to refund me? NO! She actually said NO - I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWNENT THEM $550 I DIDN'T HAVE TO; SONORA QUEST WOULD HAVE KEPT ALL $701! I hope she is wrong, but until I learn otherwise, this warning stands.

It’s 3:24. I called previously in the week to ask a few questions. I was told I have to come in before 4:00 to receive the answers to my questions. I finally have time to do so and everything is locked and no one here over 30 min prior to closing.I have tried calling since 2:30 just to schedule. What’s the deal? Like seriously. This is incredibly obnoxious.

Victoria is extremely unpleasant, mumbles to the seniors who can barely understand her, and has the absolute worst tone. I realize work isn't the best part of the day, but we all do it. Get over it and provide an ounce of customer service. My heart hurt for the old man who tried checking in with her.

I have not even entered or stepped foot on a Sonora Quest Laboratories property and I am already frustrated. I have called two different phone numbers and I can't reach anybody. Everything is a prerecorded message. No thanks I am moving on.

I wouldn't recommend this facility for Covid testing. Since they had a lot of availability I thought it would be fast and easy but it wasn't. I showed up five minutes early and it ended up taking half an hour just to get a two minute test since they're all dealing with regular lab patients. You will be charged for it (I was expecting that but some places it's free and some it isn't so just a warning). And after all that the test was inconclusive. Try another testing facility if you can.

Sonora Quest, Fountain Hills, AZ. Receptionist/Phlebotomist is the most disrespectful and a person who seems to absolutely hate her job. She told an elderly person that could barely walk on a walker to put on a mask three times, when he told her he was dropped off and didn't have one. She finally got up and grabbed a mask and through it on the counter. I have been there approximately four times and have experienced her attitude and disrespect several times. She needs to be fired!

Nobody answers phones. Went to the door and so many notices on it I could barely see in the door. Shortage of staff, must wear mask, limited hours, we take a lunch break. The door looked like a war zone was going on. Walked over to Labcore with no issues. Kind person waiting at the desk. Business are losing a lot of money by resorting to computer messages. Older people won't accept the lack of a human response, and will take their business elsewhere. . Answer your phones and take down 'It's the end of the world signs'.
