My prescription was delivered to the wrong address where, unfortunately, no one was at home and it stayed at the wrong address for over a week. I got the prescription yesterday after the owner returned home. Today I called to let Stoneview know that the prescription was left at the wrong address and the person with whom I spoke was flippant and defensive. Left me surprised enough to write this negative review.

Have been trying to get an order for months. All I got was bunch of run around. Was finally told they didn’t renew contract with my insurance.

The staff at Stoneview Pharmacy are so helpful! They go above and beyond to assist you with your prescription needs, including calling the doctors office to verify information. They also worked with me to minimize the cost of the medication because my insurance would not cover the medicine. I would definitely recommend Stoneview Pharmacy for all your prescription needs.

The phone call came in and the woman I spoke with was so helpful and kind. This is the greatest prescription service I have ever encountered. If I could switch all my scripts to them, I would.

The person answering the phone hung up on me because I didnt have a RX number on my insurance card. They must not need my business as I have insurance. I didnt ask for this service and it has taken 2 days since my dr. Appt. to even get a call to fill it! Unless you can wait 3 days or maybe more, go someplace else. Doctors must be getting a kick back from this. I can go to walgreens and get what I need asap. This company is located in Gilbert!!! I live in far North West Phoenix....wondering who's paying for the gas? I got my prescription and glad this nightmare is over..I'll talk to the doctor about this and ask what benefit it was to me to call my prescription into this place.

My ENT prescribed a specific nasal spray that Stoneview Pharmacy keeps in stock. It’s also a prescription that I would generally have a very high copay for. The pharmacy techs at Stoneview worked with me and found a coupon to cover my copay and I am able to get the treatments that I need without any hassle, mental or financial stress. Stoneview provides automatic refill and a delivery services that are perfect for me. Not just because of Covid but also because I live a in Queen Creek. Every month I receive a courtesy call from a pharmacy tech at Stoneview to inform me of my pending delivery. And if I won’t be available because I’m out of town I am able to suspend the delivery. Text messages from the pharmacy are a welcomed form of notification. I am very grateful to be a customer of Stoneview Pharmacy. Five stars all the way.

The person answering the phones was so happy and cheerful. They took care of EVERYTHING and having a driver bring it out to me saved me a lot of time and trouble. I wish all of my medications could be taken care of through Stoneview.

I called to find out about the status of my prescription. I was told the Doctor had to resubmit the prescription. Within two days my prescription was ready . Thank goodness for Stoneview Pharmacy, this prescription cannot be filled at any other pharmacy.

This is the second delivery that was not delivered on the promised date. My package was to be delivered today. I called and was told it would be delivered on Saturday. I was not given the option to pick it up instead of waiting an extra day.

These guys are incredible. One of a kind pharmacy. They are way better than your typical Big chain pharmacies. They actually give you customer support and advice. They'll call you on the phone and answer questions. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank goodness I found them
