We APPRECIATED Nick's (Customer Service above & beyond) willingness to stay a few minutes over to help with loading the last two kennels in stock into my truck at 8:57 PM for a 11 month old puppy Belgian Malinois (foster dog) who needs a safe and happy home.

This store is awesome the people that work there are great and when I shop there I don't feel like just another number I feel like I'm among friends. If I ever have have a question Jodi or one of the other managers is always there with an answer for me. If they don't have the product I'm looking for they can usually guide me in the right direction of where I can get it or give me advice for the next best thing. Unlike Ace Hardware that doesn't honor their warranties Tractor Supply stands behind their equipment and that means a lot to me. I love that , love the people that work there and I highly recommend if you need something as far as basic tools or stuff for your animals, your garage, your yard I would definitely go there

Purchased a firearms safe from Tractor Supply's Fountain Hills location and have a positive experience. Ordered align with in store pick up. The safe was ready for pick up almost immediately after placing the order, but Tractor Supply allows you 3 days to make the pick up - this flexibility was great as it allowed me to come to the store at my convenience. When I arrived at the store, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The staff used their equipment to help load the safe in my SUV. Was a smooth, easy process. Also, I'm pleased with the product itself. Will definitely come back to Tractor Supply for any future needs.

For the last year the alarm has been going off consistently throughout the day and night. I’ve called multiple times and have been told it’s being fixed this week and has continued to happen for months. Please have more respect for your neighbors and get this fixed.

Purchased an item on-line and picked up at this location. Staff was courteous and helpful in getting this rather bulky heavy item into my small car. Very happy.
