Unbelievable service. I wish I had this company in Colorado Springs. I needed blood done on a specific day and it fell on Sunday of a holiday weekend while I was on vacation. Unique lab services quickly said yes they would do it because they care about their patients. Phlebotomist came to my hotel room, drew my blood, and will drop it off when the lab opens. I’m so so grateful. I would gladly work with this company again in a heartbeat.

I was pleased to hear from general manager Jerry who listened to my concern and also gave me update on insurance that I was not aware. Issue was resolved. I was always fond of unique labs for an opportunity to draw labs at home for elderly patients. Phlebotomist Mani is the best. Thank you Jerry for keeping your word as promised.

I had a great experience this week with Unique Labs. They made it easy to schedule, showed up for my appointment promptly, the phlebotomist was so kind and I was able to get results quickly without having to leave my home! An amazing service I recommend for everyone and will definitely be using in the future!

Profoundly incompetent in every step of the process. Failure to process paperwork so I called about that. Then two different people I talked to failed to add me to the schedule, I called again. Finally on schedule but the phlebotomist was covered in scents I'm allergic to, missing set of lab orders and missing the stuff for a test. Would not recommend to anyone, didn't have my blood drawn.Update: Eventually they managed to get someone to my house but all the samples they drove are bad and I have to go through this entire process again with some other lab.

Try not to have a billing question you can't get anyone to help you. Called customer service they couldn't help only billing dept could help. Got a voice mail and never received a call back. Glad my Doctor doesn't use them anymore. Will be going to Sonoran Quest Labs from now on. Or by the way 1 star was generious.

I highly recommend this mobile lab service. I have to get weekly testing and for the last 4 plus years they have been taking care of this for me. The technicians who have come out are so kind, caring and professional I insist my doctor send requests to them.

I work in a doctor's office and we have always used Unique labs for our patients that either live far or wheelchair bound and hard for them to leave their house. Unique labs has provided that to our patients. Shout out to Marisol C. a phlebotomist who has been an amazing tech to our patients here in the office and outside the office. She's caring and super good at drawing labs! I would strongly recommend her!!!

I utilized this company for the first time last week. I emailed in my order to the office & they were able to see me the next day. They explained to me that my insurance does not cover mobile services and it was going to be $59.00 service fee. The phlebotomist called me the night before to confirm my fasting draw time & showed up right on time and was in and out within minutes! I can't recommend this service enough, convenient, quality care and amazing customer service. I'll pay that service fee any day opposed to dealing with the labs far out appointments and then taking forever once you are there! Thank you Unique!!

This company use to know what they were doing. Now they are horrible!!!! Jennifer (Customer Service) provides no service at all. Never follows through and incapable of returning a phone call. Lisa returns a phone call 4.5 hours later only to say the company is not making money so they are charging a fee even though insurance has $0 copay for labs. Now using Lab Corp~problem solved.

Have been using this service for upwards of 8+ years. They used to be great, "used to be" being the operative words. The last 2.5 years, everything changed. The phlebotomists are awesome but they're independent contractors. However, the office staff leaves much to be desired. For the past 2.5 years, the office staff has no idea what they're doing. They'll set up appts but then not advise the phlebotomists, or the phlebotomists tell the office staff that they won't be available at a certain time/day. However, the office staff goes ahead and makes the appointment with the patient anyway, regardless of whether or not they have a phlebotomist available or not. Then, I'm sitting at home waiting for a call from the phlebotomist, as Jennifer in the office tells me, "oh, they'll call you tonight with a time." Of course, never received a call, no one showed up for my blood test, and this has happened for the last three times I've sent an order to them. It's getting ridiculous to the point where I'd be less inconvenienced if I just drove to Sonora quest. Get your s*it together people!

Placed an order LAST WEEK to come out to house. A week later and multiple phone calls, STILL NO PHLEBOTOMIST! I've called multiple times, just a constant run-around. Office will not followup to see if their field phlebotomist has contacted you. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
