I've never had such poor customer service and unfriendluness from the younger people that work there. No hello. No thank you. However it's convenient and they fulfill the needs I'm there for .
The more mature employees have been very pleasant however.

I went to UPS fountain Hills today to mail out 2 prepaid packages back to Amazon. There was a young girl helping a man print documents - that was the only employee we saw. the woman standing in front of me was waiting for someone to help her. after five or 10 minutes I asked her if anyone came over to her and she said no Finally the girl helping the man print went into the back to see if anyone could help us. She said someone will be with us in a few minutes, but in the meantime, we could go to the self service area and do it ourselves. I don’t find this good customer service and to me it sounds like they don’t want to do their job. There was no line and I was second when I originally got there, but by the time I left, the line was to the door. Also, the girl that helped me ship the package couldn’t be bothered folding my return slip and told me to do it. I know that’s not a big deal and I assume it’s something I should have done, but it just shows the attitude from the two girls that worked there. This young lady stood there and made me fold a piece of paper while she watched. How can you run the store and have nobody manning the front counter for over 10 minutes? and the one employee sees we are all standing there and doesnt go back immediately to get someone to help at the front desk? I was second in line and it still took me probably 15 or 20 minutes to get my packages mailed out. That is unacceptable. I don’t know if there weren’t enough employees today or if they’re just not trained on customer service but something needs to be done

There was more than one reason I can’t just name one. The customer service was exceptional, so kind and helpful. The store was very clean and organized and neat. The process was so simple and easy, and my questions were all answered.

It's not in Safeway but close by. Can certainly be busy with a line waiting but efficient staff and service. One time they couldn't their system to accept my international shipping after 10 minutes trying so said they could try again but I just went to USPS as was easier, and turned out less expensive. But I will use them again as convenient location

I’ve been a customer since this site opened. Had a PO Box, was go to for all sorts of personal business services. Used to be very customer service focused. As a former UPS employee I really like how they supported the brand.
NO LONGER!!! You’ll be better served to visit the UPS Store on via Linda.
I recently took a trade in cell phone to them for prepaid return. A week later I got a notice from the vendor that I’m on the hook for ~$400 for failure to return the trade in.
When I went to the store to inquire about it I was told they were “batching” these returns and would send a the end of the next week!
When I asked to speak to Shawn (the owner with whom I’ve had a cordial professional relationship) the husky (350 lbs?) came out and essentially told me to get over it.

It is one of the best ups store experiences ive had. The woman at the counter on the morning of 10/24 was extremely helpful and patient with everyone who came in. It was really pleasant to see such a nice, hardworking person providing excellent service.

This morning I had to get documents printed. The new bald guy was not very helpful and seemed like he was just there because he had no other place to be. No smile, no spring in his step or care to really help me and it felt odd.
Naomi and the other girl Shy hustled. Just not at all what a quality employee should behave like. I have run 2 businesses and this is not what you want as the face of your business. You want someone who is lively and warm and friendly to greet customers. Clearly there is a low supply of hard working quality individuals who are willing to put in any effort nowadays.

I called this location to see if they do fingerprints at the current time (I know the times differ at places) it was 05:24pm. I was told by Naomi that yes, I could come in and get them done. After driving 15 minutes to get there, I was told by Naomi that she’s sorry that she told me that because they stop doing fingerprints at 05:30pm. The staff here need to be more knowledgeable and communicate with people better.
