Be very sure you renew or withdraw CD funds during the 10 day grace period. Their policy for an automatic renewal is a rate of 0.05% for the same duration or a hefty penalty plus $25 fee to withdraw your funds.

Shock to read the nasty reviews. Actually they are BOGUS reviews. The team at US Bank are AWESOME!!!! They go way and above to ensure you are happy. They are a local bank who manages my money and will give me great advice thanks USBank for providing a great banking experience

If there was 0 star, that's what I would give. I actually first went to the nearest US Bank Fountain Hills location in Phoenix since I have an account with them. I thought to deposit the money with them. I was told that they don't accept foreign currency at this location. I was advised to go to US Bank Scottsdale: 4253 North Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. I was told that at this location, I can deposit the money in to my account. It was 20 miles far from my home. I went there to deposit to the account. When I got there, I spoke to the person at the front desk. The man at the front desk said there's a currency exchange that I can exchange my currency and then you can deposit. I saw it was Travelex Currency Exchange. I went up to the lady and gave her my foreign currency which was Riyal. She just advised me of $9.95 fee. She counted money and was matching on a computer screen. I also told her that I saw online the current rate of Riyal is 3.75 = $1. She was just like hmm hmm!! She didn't advise me that, that's not the rate she's giving me. My son was already home from school, so I took the money and the receipt. When I came home, then I saw she gave me the rate 4.24291. I called, but no one answered. On top of it, I had a big bill of 500 Riyal, she refused to take. She said, we don't buy it. That was a first time, I have ever heard. I highly recommend don't do business with Travelex Currency Exchange and US Bank.

I deposited a business check at the ATM on 4/16 at this branch. When I checked my account on the banks mobile app it showed the check had been refused. It's now Wednesday the 18th and I'm waiting for the checked to be mailed back to me by the bank. Once I receive the check back I'm going to visit the branch manager and find and why US Bank refused to accept the deposit. Friday 4/20, I received the check back from the bank. I went into the branch on Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale where the account was opened. Spoke to a CSR who explained why the check was not honored. At this time I'm not still not really sure as to why the check wasn't honored.
