I’m done with this store. The manager should be fired. Every time I order a prescription there is some sort of issue. Like today the prescription was called in from a doctor and two hours later when I went there, the pharmacist said that I should come back in one more hour. I came back in an hour and a half and talked to another pharmacist who informed me that the medicine was not available. It is almost mandatory that when a prescription is called in the Mission Objective of every pharmacist is to say come back in an hour. But this time the person never even checked to see if the medicine was in stock the first time. I will go on record and say that Walgreens Senior Management needs to investigate the incompetency of the people running this store.

The prescriptions are correct and ready when they say they are, but the customer experience is awful.

I've been really sick and needed meds several days in a row. They are quick, friendly and helpful at this location, which is extra appreciated when you're sick. Thank you!

The pharmacist Sheetal Patel is always cranky with an attitude so beware of her. If you catch her one a good day, she’s talking to you with a B-face. And if you catch her on a bad day...well, good luck getting her to talk to you at all lolOn a side note, there’s plenty of pharmacies in the immediate area (CVS, Fry’s, Basha’s, Safeway) so by all means, send your prescriptions to those other places so that this specific Walgreens don’t get your $ in order to meet their sales quota’s.Update: I had submitted an official complaint to Walgreens and they basically responded back that they had discussed my complaint with the Pharmacist. Not sure if that’s happened or will ever happen but apparently this is the only way consumers can get a little attention from corporate on their stores.

Warning....if you make an appointment (and get a confirmation number from Walgreens) for a COVID vaccine, that does not necessarily mean anything. Took my 83 year old, immunocompromised, mother for her booster shot and they said they had no vaccine available. When I showed them my confirmation number and emailed appointment confirmation, they said it didn't matter because they don't have any vaccine. Reminds me of the old Seinfeld bit at the rental car agency when they didn't have his rental car. "Anyone can take a reservation, the trick part is actually following through." So, I'm reluctant to make another vaccine appointment because I'll never know if they will actually be able to "follow through" with the vaccine despite having a reservation.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had; and I never even stepped foot in the store... I've never been to this store as I live in an entirely different state; as you can imagine, I was pretty confused when I received an E-receipt from store 6060 in Arizona. My concern was that somebody may have gotten ahold of my credit card number and was using it. I just wanted to verify that hadn't happened. During my phone call, 3 employees, and 5 "I'm gunna put you on hold periods" I had determined that everyone of those employees is useless or at best need a TON of training (I don't typically speak poorly of people). Sebastian was literally useless, would not even type the receipt number into the Point of Sales system because "I don't know how." After being placed on hold a few times because they were "busy", I had the pleasure of speaking briefly with Spencer who was more interested in placing me on hold than helping with the problem. Eventually Store Manager Cameron L... picked up my call on hold. He told me he didn't know who I was and would have to come into the store with ID before he would look into the issue. I explained that I live in an entirely different state, and just wanted to make sure my CC hadn't been used for the purchase. He was unwilling to provide assistance in assuring my card hadn't been stolen, would not run the receipt so I could verify the last 4 digits (not the whole card number). He gave me a customer service number... Fortunately the agent there was far more HELPFUL, PLEASANT, and USEFUL. Walgreens, do yourself a favor and retrain those employees before you lose more customers. A 2.9 on Google reviews... There's more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews. What's going on? C'mon, where's the district and regional managers? THERE'S NO EXCUSE... If you need help, please send me a message; customer service is crucial, as you know.

Ok hang on this is a long explanation for a 1 star rating. .....I admit it Iam venting over 20 days of trying to get my migraine medication from the Walgreens Pharmacy..Until I was very ill for days. ( They were always out of the shots)Unbelievable they sold my meds to someone else and then said I picked them up. They could offer no payment record for it. After 5 times trying to pick up meds they didn't even have me in the pharmacy system at all.2 New very young males were the untrained help, Very Rude. As well as the older male pharmacist. He was elderly and probably over worked. The lines were endless. To be fair they were giving covid shots also. With headaches, I was hoping to delay waiting I decided to call to confirm If my perscription was ready. I waited on line 45 min after which a young dude picked up and said we are too busy, he immediately hung up! Yikes.I moved on To CVS. The pharmacist said Walgreens doesnt have you or your doctors perscription in their system you'll need to call your doctor and get a new perscription. Fustrated.Thank goodness for for an CVS Pharmacist who advised me how to proceed and he noted it all on my account during the fiasco.( For my Doctor's verification for the new perscription. )I would never been able to verify the ordeal. I'm a new fan of CVS.Update on the pharmacy after calling my insurance to explain my circumstances to get the current perscription. A fraud agent from my insurance called Walgreens and the older pharmacist would not speak to him. He hung up.The agent said walgreens would be investigated. That was a common pandemic complaint as some pharmacies are selling prescriptions twice. With insurance each shot for migraines were $377.00 per month, without $1,200. I had a coupon for free from my doctor which covered it for 18 months.

I am transferring my meds to Fry’s. I guess all the one star reviews are legit. Horrific customer service. Goodbye Walgreens. Everyone stay away!

Drove 20 minutes to get two passport photos. Had to work to get someone's attention at the photo counter. She asked me to "come back later" as the guy in back was unloading a truck, and she was on the phone.Customers can be such an inconvenience. We will come back later.NEVER!!!

A very unsatisfactory experience at Walgreens. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told my name did not show up on the appt list--even though I had signed up appropriately. So, from their perspective--End of story-- No apology, No problem solving--just a mumbled "that's the way it works" from the shift manager. If I could--I would give them zero stars. No effort or concern--because --that's the way it works at Walgreens....I won't be back...

Tried every day this week to stop and pick up my meds. Hour wait inside (20 people in line), same amount of time to wait for the drive through (12 cars in line). Guess I'll have to try it again tomorrow. Craziness!

When it takes 10+ minutes per car to pick up a Rx in the drive up area, you wonder if they're dropping off and waiting for it to be refilled.

All of the negative reviews coming in before this one concerning the Pharmacy services are 100% on target with absolutely no exaggeration. I have waited on the phone on hold for at least 1 hour and the call is never picked up. I have even gone so far as to walk into the pharmacy with the call on hold only to see no customers at the counter, no customers in line, no customers lined up at the drive-thru.....AND STILL, NO ONE PICKED UP MY PHONE CALL!!! That is one f*** of a way to run a business, and frankly, the Covid excuse has become old, worn out and over used. Walgreens in Fountain Hills must not realize that the Safeway Pharmacy directly next door to Walgreens picks up calls in well under 5 minutes. The manager, Alicia, should be held accountable for the poor service.....but it would probably be easier to just take your business elsewhere. Once a company enters into the "millennial slacker" mode, there is not much that can be done to change the management vibe.

I've read the many negative reviews about this store but cannot say my experiences here have been as such. Though I've never used the pharmacy, I have purchased groceries, had passport photos taken, etc. and always found the staff to be friendly. Walgreens always has what I need in stock. I wanted to show a little love to a store that seems to take it pretty hard on here. Suppose it all depends on what you're needing and when.
