Keith and the other young man with dark hair have always been very very helpful to me and made my experience pleasant unlike so many other Walgreens. The wait is typical for any walk up or drive up pharmacy. The most important thing to me is customer service and I have always been pleasantly surprised by this location. Considering what they have to deal with everyday, there are very pleasant people working here. Two thumbs up for Keith. And that other tall young man with dark hair. I don't know his name.

I went in today to get a passport photo and asked the manager where do I get my passport photo and directed me to the back of the line. I waited 15 minutes to get to the front only to be told that the same manager had to do it. He took my picture and when it was ready I asked if I had any rewards , without checking my phone number he said no. Thi manager was rude and I will never go back to this store again.

Disgusted with the pharmacy. My sister was visiting from Canada and we had to take her by ambulance to emergency. She is a transplant recipient and was experiencing an urgent issue. They diagnosed the problem, gave her prescriptions to fill immediately so she could fly back to her transplant team in Vancouver . We arrived at the pharmacy when it opened and explained the situation. They said it would take an hour. We explained we had to make our way to the airport in the next 15 minutes for a flight and the response was “ya, everyone has to get to the airport” and “ I guess you should go elsewhere.” The worst customer service I have ever seen

Pulled up to drive-through to pick up script. . One (1) car ahead of me. Actually sat there for at least :15+ minutes. 1st and last time there. Been going to CVS for 20+ years and have Never sat in the drive-through like that. Something wrong with their system.

I’m done with this store. The manager should be fired. Every time I order a prescription there is some sort of issue. Like today the prescription was called in from a doctor and two hours later when I went there, the pharmacist said that I should come back in one more hour. I came back in an hour and a half and talked to another pharmacist who informed me that the medicine was not available. It is almost mandatory that when a prescription is called in the Mission Objective of every pharmacist is to say come back in an hour. But this time the person never even checked to see if the medicine was in stock the first time. I will go on record and say that Walgreens Senior Management needs to investigate the incompetency of the people running this store.

You are better off sitting in the comfort of your home and ordering from Amazon instead of wasting gas going to Walgreens and finding they do not have what you need. I quit using the pharmacy several years ago when a dermatology crème I needed I thought had to be ordered at a pharmacy. Walgreens was going to charge me over sixty dollars. I ordered it from Amazon for far less. If the price does not seem right, back off and do more checking. For all those waiting in huge lines think of the pharmacy in Target instead of Walgreens Nancy O

The pharmacist Sheetal Patel is always cranky with an attitude so beware of her. If you catch her one a good day, she’s talking to you with a B-face. And if you catch her on a bad day...well, good luck getting her to talk to you at all lolOn a side note, there’s plenty of pharmacies in the immediate area (CVS, Fry’s, Basha’s, Safeway) so by all means, send your prescriptions to those other places so that this specific Walgreens don’t get your $ in order to meet their sales quota’s.Update: I had submitted an official complaint to Walgreens and they basically responded back that they had discussed my complaint with the Pharmacist. Not sure if that’s happened or will ever happen but apparently this is the only way consumers can get a little attention from corporate on their stores.
