“This place is a gem. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy staff very friendly. Loved the old Hollywood vibe. The town was so cute. Loved hearing the church bells ring in the afternoon, And visiting Sunny Creek coffee shop. Very centrally located to do all the things. We explored lower antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, and Zion.Rooms were also considerably cheaper than if going to a boring chain hotel. Worth the visit! We will be back for sure! Kanab itself is a beautiful place to visit! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Stopped here on a road trip and loved it. Beautiful setting. Old facility revamped. Renovations paid attention to details. For example, grout lines were trim and clean. Paint was very tidy. Furniture and fixtures were clean and up to date. Bathroom tile was clean and very well done.Room was really small. But as nice as it was we didn't care in the least.Outdoor areas were truly inviting as opposed to just having some old beat up chairs and dirty cushions. We would return here first of all for this place and then add the other reasons to come. I don't recall ever thinking like this about a motel. Usually it's for a bed and shower before we're on to the next place.Highly recommend.”

“Older hotel in Kanab trying to charge the same as the newer hotels in town. Our stay was alright except for a rather rude front desk employee. Will not be staying here again. Pay the extra and stay at a newer hotel in town where they care about customers service. Oh and the coffee is ungodly the pot needs to be cleaned or thrown out with the rest of the breakfast.”

“The hotel itself was great. My only complain is that the pool and hot tub were not working. We stayed here during spring break. I have young children and we were all looking forward to coming back to the hotel and unwinding after hiking. The first day we got here the pool didn't seem ready for the season. By the next day it had been cleaned and chlorinated, but the heater was not working on both the pool and the hot tub. It seemed like the hotel failed to plan for spring break, which was very unfortunate. Next time, before booking any hotel, I will ask if the pool is working and ready for the season.Rooms: Rooms were clean and well maintained.Nearby activities: Restaurants and hiking trails near by.”

“This is motel is an absolute gem. Geniel was able to accommodate us on a moment's notice, providing us with a cozy and clean room in this stylish, retro motel. The unit had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, cups, and napkins. The bathroom was just perfect and such a cute blast from the past with pink and mint green tiles. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and quality linens while we watched TV on the flat screen. Upon check-in, Geniel informed us that she would be making chicken on the grill for dinner if we were hungry. We joined her and a few other guests outside at the picnic table and gas fire pit for delicious chicken thighs, corn, and rice. After a long drive, this was just what we needed. Don't miss this great piece of history while you're in Kanab, and say hello to Geniel and her adorable (and well-behaved!) dog Citrus. We can't wait to come back!”

“The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Allen are wonderful and welcoming. They shared recommendations of where to go out on the trails nearby. Their willingness to share a lifelong knowledge of the area had us feeling like we were visiting friends. The rooms are cozy and spotless. Walking distance (maybe a block) from Family Dollar if you want ice, snacks or sunscreen. Room rate was fair, parking our truck and side by side was easy and location was good. We will be back.”

“The view from the accommodation was nice, and it was nice because it was a small, quiet rural town. Three beds were enough for a family of four, including two children, and it was a suitable accommodation for an overnight stay. Overall, I was satisfied because it was clean and affordable~~”

“A nice place to rest and get a decent breakfast to start the next day. I did find the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable.Nearby activities: Check out Moqui Cave just north of town. Also Northwest of Kanab is Coral Pink Sand Dunes. There are several things in the area hiking wise.”

“Very good quality price! We only spent the night on the way to Bryce Canyon, the room seemed comfortable for 2, maybe for 4 it is half small. It has a basic breakfast of coffee, pancakes and toast with butter but at least it serves to start the morning.Rooms: Although the rooms are not new, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean.”

“This is by far the best budget lodge I have ever stayed, and I travel a lot. Oir family stayed here for a week exploring the surrounding national parks and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, not one or two people but all of them. The property was clean, welcoming and cozy. The room was neat, functioning, and spotless clean. My 2 young girls felt safe running around the property by themselves. The breakfast was good, enough supply for all food and drinks, not overly crowded. Kudos to the whole team, you all deserve a raise.”

“Do multi day motorcycle trips and am usually just look for a bed and shower. When trying to be cheap I usually find some questionable places. That was not the case here. Amazing value for the price.”

“On our way through town we needed a place to stay for the night. The price was great. 20 dollars a dog. We had 4 and they didn't bat an eye. This place was an amazing place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The location was easy to find and the motel in general looks well taken care of. We were very pleased staying ”

“Affortable price compared to other hotels in the same área. Clean, and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast, but they run out of fruit quickly. We encountered difficulties with the keys. Other hotels we stayed have the same problem as well. The common area doors to enter the hotel had no security and anybody other than the guess can have access to the hotel. Excellent location to most Canyons and National parks. I highly recommed it.”
