“Thankfully for them. I got stranded twice on Highway i8 on first day (June 13) and last day of road trip(Jun 21). I did an oil change and installed 4 new tires at Walmart before the trip. The mechanic at Walmart failed to screw tight the metal plate under vehicle and new tires did not change the valve stems telling me it is all good. The metal plate covering the engine oil fell off and driver rear tire went flat almost causing accident.
The mechanic at Hinojosa knows what they are doing, they help to remove the metal plate informing me to get parts from autozone and they told me to get new valve stems whenever there is a change of new tires.
Sometimes things happen for a reason. I called Geico for roadside assistance but no help available for flat tire on a Sunday evening. Luckily I kept their contact, they are my lifesaver twice on a single road trip and I managed to get home safely.”
“Car broke down on the way from CA to PHX. Guys were very nice and respectful of my new, older car that was very low to the ground. Made sure to be careful booking up and towing me to a nearby motel. Car wouldn’t start the next morning so called them again for a tow to PHX. Again, very nice and respectful guys, came quick, hooked up the car differently than the day before which is just as safe but less work than lying on the ground trying to attach it underneath. Reasonable prices as I still saved money vs having the car shipped the entire way. You never hope you are in a situation where you need a tow truck but if I was anywhere around these guys I’d be calling them first. Would recommend to anybody needing a tow especially if you have a very low car.”
