Birria El Chipilon serves true Sonoran food and wonderful street tacos, including pastor, asada, and chorizo, as well as fantastic quesabirrias and the best flautas. The tacos and quesabirrias are crispy, juicy, and fantastic, with fresh tortillas and buns. The consome is creamy and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is clean and located in the back of a store. The service is great and super. It is a must-try and definitely worth the stop for some really good, sooooooooo good food.

    Passing by from RP heading to Phoenix.We stopped to give it a try. Hotdogs on point. The hotdog bun is fresh. The salsa pretty good.The area is clean. I’m assuming they’re the owners they have great customer service.
