After having been advised of ridiculous wait times and questionable pricing at my most frequented dealership auto shops, I searched for an independent company. Knowing of AAMCO's good reputation for years now, I read the reviews of AAMCO in Gilbert in Val Vista. I liked what i read and was able to get my truck in the next day. Where others had wanted to keep my truck for up to a week and a half, Tom and his crew had me in and out in a day and a half. The estimate process was transparent with pricing fully explained and photos of areas of concern provided. The work is warrantied and, when i went to pay, saw that the invoice was less than quoted. The explanation provided was that the pricing on a seal was less than estimated and they reduced the pricing to match. When's the last time you've seen a shop invoice less than quoted? I'm pleased with the work and impressed by the character of those with whom I interacted.

Really impressed with the high level of customer service. Detailed vehicle condition report with photos included so I can see what the technician sees. I was provided a courtesy uber back home and also to pick up my vehicle. I will be sure to keep coming here in the future.

Great experience throughout my time in and out the shop. Results of the car inspection can be easily accessed through a link in a provided email and gives a detailed analysis of whats looking good and needs attention. Todd and Tim were very helpful and personable getting my car setup and provided great customer service. I will definetely go back to this shop for future car services when needed

I am so glad my 2006 Camry found a good doctor! Aramco Gilbert takes a good care for this 18 years old car. I am confident it would still has a lot of milage ahead to run!

I love bringing my car here! I always feel so welcomed and they don’t take advantage that I’m a woman and try to sell me things that are unnecessary. Tim, the owner and Tom, the manager are extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll continue to bring my car here and recommend all of my friends and family to as well! I can’t express my gratitude enough to Tim and his crew for taking care of the maintenance for my vehicle. It’s always difficult to schedule with my work schedule starting before most shops even open. Tim offered to pick my car up and drop it off at my work place so all of the maintenance could be completed during my work shift. He even went so far as to make sure it was parked in the shade so I wouldn’t come out to a blazing hot car at the end of the day.

We were in Az. For the weekend and my oil cooler stopped working. I had the car towed to the gilbert location and they immediately starting working on it. We were back on the road to CA. In 5 hours. Now that's customer service!

My car had been in storage for six years, and when I finally brought it out, it was showing a check engine light. After having the code checked at AutoZone, it appeared that the issue was simply a battery that needed changing. I took this information, along with the printout, to AAMCO and explained the situation to the owner/manager. He agreed with the diagnosis but assured me they would only replace it if it truly needed replacing.
I didn't have an appointment and arrived around 1:30 PM, expecting that with their garage relatively full and closing time at 5 PM, I'd have to leave the car overnight. However, the manager assured me that they could have it ready the same day. To my surprise, they had the issue resolved and an oil change done in about an hour.
I'm usually cautious about bringing my car to mechanics, as I've had past experiences where unnecessary repairs were suggested. However, after today’s experience, I fully trust AAMCO. Their honesty and efficiency were impressive, and I’ll definitely return to them if I need any work in the future. The fact that they offer a military discount is an added bonus.
